“Over the top service!”
Over the top service! Friendly check-in staff. VERY clean hotel rooms. Great pool. However heat was not on when we arrived but front desk did mansion but room warmed up fast so it worked out.
“This could be a great hotel.”
This hotel has everything we look for, but unfortunately, some of the features are less than optimal. It is an old property, which is fine, but care has not been taken to keep it gleaming. The bed is old, old, and therefore not very comfortable. The refrig in the room is a nice convenience. It has a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, and this time, the jacuzzi only was only closed down one day. Last time we stayed here, the pool was closed a couple of days. There is a nice patio with old plastic furniture which is not kept clean. Breakfast is mediocre -- little selection of cereal for example, virtually no fruit. The apples that were there were rotten. We got stuck due to a car problem and the cost for the extra nights was quite reasonable. The price point here is wonderful. With a little cleaning up, this could be a class act.

The bed was comfortable, the room sort of small. This room had a better than average television. The continental breakfast is not much and no attendant taking care of it. The hotel has a computer available for use. The pool and hot tub are very nice, but the pool was closed the first two days we were there. This Day's Inn is a very good place to stay if one needs to be in Sheboygan Falls. It is an excellent value for the money and we will stay again when we return in the summer.
“Not a bad place at all”
Days Inns are, in my opinion, hit or miss. This one was a hit. It appears brand new and is far enough from the highway that the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was so-so, but the wireless Internet worked flawlessly and without quirky registration/password requirements.
“ok for the price”
the only down fall for this hotel was the room smelled like mildew so we opened the windows to air out the room. the other thing was the bathtub needed a good scrubbing. it was ok for what we paid for.

I typically don't expect much from a Days Inn, yet the quality was lower than anticipated. The desk staff was friendly. Got the impression that this property was filled with "alternate residential" clientele, rather than travellers. Didn't try the continental breakfast, so no comment. The bathroom tile floor was freezing! The tub, not particularly clean. Good thing I didn't spend a great deal of money; though I still spent more than it was worth. I will not go back unless it is truly the last available room in a 20 mile radius. Even then....
“Won't be returning to The Falls”
The room did not have a refrigerator upon arrival and it took nearly 24 hours to find one for our room. The fridge was a necessity for our infant son. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we awoke each day with back pain. There is NO elevator so be prepared to hike up a large flight of stairs with your luggage. Not an easy task with a little one in tow. Our room was not "spacious" as the description states. We had a king bed and about 2-3 feet around it to move. There was so much large furniture in the room it was difficult to move about. The breakfast was full of carbs-nothing very healthy. It's an old hotel that could be decent if they would take the time to clean it up and renovate a little. I will never return to this hotel.
