“Linda”
A nice hotel. Very good gym. But don't eat in the hotel. There is a very good restraunt close the hotel and the price is reasonable.

Very nice hotel for the most part, lobby and eateries are fantastic, great service. My room was below my expectations, not bad by any means, but carpet was stained, walls had some imperfections from low level fixes of damage; Bathroom was fine and well maintained. Bed was good, chairs and such in room, not very comfortable, so I give the room about a 6 on 10 scale, but most of the hotel was a 8-9. Service was a 10.
“Good hotel, decent value”
Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Speak decent English. Nice lobby, very clean, fairly large and comfortable rooms. Only hitch was using the free wifi provided in the lobby area. This connection was very erratic and kept going on and off. The internet in the room (which comes at a price) is fast and stable. The location is ok if you are coming in from Hong Kong. Its a 5 minute drive to the border. About 20 minute drive from the main commercial, shopping and dining spots in the city.

A lovely hotel away form the masses of Lo Wu. Great people and fabulous food. But a long droive to an dform main areas
