“Reasonable Hotel”
The hotel was close to the interstate and easy to find. The place was clean and and the cost was acceptable,
“Had some issues.”
Had an issue with an incompetent employee charging me again when apparently I had already been charged. Had an issue with our shower head not working and had to change rooms. The hotel elevator, though operational, was a bit scary. Norvetta was EXCELLENT in helping us fix all our problems.
“Not a good choice if you like "clean"”
The hotel looks good on the outside but our room was dirty, furnature was outdated and needed polished. The TV looked as tho it was from the 50s. When the trains come through it sounds like they are in your room. For the money...look somewhere else! The location was great, close to everything but I prefer clean over location any day. Security was non existent.....exterior entry readers did not function and doors are open for all.
