“Best Choice in that price”
Very impress for friendly people and service.
“Great Hotel!”
We were very comfortable at this hotel, and had a fantastic stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Siem Reap. Is a great location, easy to get tuk tuks into 'pub st' and to the temples. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Pool was great at the end of a long (hot) day for a dip.
“The Highlight of our Trip”
We stayed here a week ago and loved it! The style is great, the room was generous, the pool and spa treatments were lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of good food and the restaurant provided good quality food at reasonable prices. The only negative thing was that the water temperasture in the shower fluctuated. After staying at three hotels in Vietnam prior to Tara Angkor this was a treat. We would definately come back!
“Great hotel”
This hotel was really great. The staff were friendly and courteous, helped us out with all of our requests. Breakfast was fantastic and very diverse. Great egg station and included a section for vegetarian dishes. Restaurant is open until 10:30 PM, which includes room service. Fresh fruits are provided every day in yoour room and they were delicious. The pool provided a great way to cool off after visiting Angkor Wat and the fitness center and sauna were top-notch. Complimentary umbrellas and bicycles are provided for guests and came in handy for a quick run down to the store/market. This hotel is the closest to Angkor Wat which is helpful to get to teh temples early to avoid the crowds.
“Tara Angkor goes ABOVE & BEYOND!”
I stayed at Tara Angkor for 3 nights and was immediately surprised by the quality of service as I entered the hotel. What a warm welcome from the hotel staff and management. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. After traveling across southeast Asia for the past 3 weeks and living in Asia for a year, I have seen many types of hotels. However, this hotel tops my list among quality and value. The hotel grounds are beautiful from the rooms to the pool. Everything was up to standard.....very modern and clean! The food in the hotel at breakfast as well as in the main restaurant was EXCELLENT! This hotel is a gem located 5 minutes from Pub Street and the markets and just a short tuk tuk ride from the mystical Angkor Wat. I can not wait to return back !
“Excellent hotel; brand new, on the road to the temples, and easy to get into town.”
We had a fantastic time; the people have to be the happiest in the world; an absolute pleasure being there. The people are so poor, yet so happy. They laugh lots. Hotel service was slow, but incredibly polite and they do the best they can. Cambodia is a great place to visit; take lots of small denom US Dollars, and buy small things (dont barter too hard!); its like giving to charity and avoiding the middle man altogether; give something to the very people who need it. We drank the tap water, no problems. Temples hugely impressive. We'll go back, and will stay at the same hotel. Derek & Jan
“Extremely impressed - would recommend this hotel”
Everything was just great, the room, the service, the food. We really enjoyed our stay here. There were beautiful flower arrangements in the rooms and common areas and the food was also beautifully presented. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice. Also location was great, short ride to airport and town. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
“Siem Reap luxury hotel for economy price”
Tara Angkor Hotel was a beautiful place to stay. It was a short ride to Angkor Wat and to all of the markets and restaurants, but wasn't right in the middle of a busy street. It was a comfortable and quiet place to relax after a long day of walking in the humid weather. You can't beat the price of the hotel for all of the great amenities they provide. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly generous since it was included in the price of our room. There was even an omelet station and a noodle soup station! Tara Angkor receives 5 stars across the board from my husband and me.
“would like to come back any time”
We stayed for 4 days and almost changed our plan to stay longer. It is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. Even food are reasonable priced and taste great. Definitely a keeper. We have recommend it other friends and would like to come back soon.
