can check in earlier which is great. front door staff is not enough nor are they attentive. No one helped me with taxi, no one helped me with loading suitcase either……. room is clean and spacious enough but the design and floor plan of the building somehow look like a conversion from office tower to hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated with Raffles in the next block and CHIJMES across the street. It is one stop from the main tour bus terminal, and a short walk to great shopping. It is a short ride to the high end shops on Orchard St. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. Staff is attentive and friendly.

It's clean and efficient, and a really great deal given the location and amenities. Pretty big hotel with a good gym, and right across from City Centre mall and the City Hall metro stop. Also right across from Chijmes with many good food and drink options.

Too many kids were loitering at the lobby and the swimming pool. Couldn’t get a chance to visit the pool because it is over crowded with kids. Disappointed with the crowd management.

Room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pool and gym are fantastic. Convenient to transportation and places to eat. The Raffle Center across the street provided excellent options for eating. Famous chicken rice at the food court was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Singapore. Very convenient for a number of MRT lines and walking distance to Bugis, Chinatown, Marina Bay, Fort Canning, Haji Lane, Little India and Orchard Road for those that are reasonably fit! The hotel is very clean and housekeeping was excellent. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day and consumables were always replaced/topped up.

Efficient, clean, professional staff and service, great breakfast, great gym, very well located both to walk around and using the tram. Although appeared predominantly a corporate led property was perfectly fine for leisure purposes too. Would definitely stay here again.

First time in Singapore
Hotel is in a good location. Easy to get around. We are early risers and like to at least get a coffee. The buffet opened at 7 “no à la cart” and the coffee shop at 8. It would have been nice to have a lounge to sit in and sip a cocktail after a long hot day of sightseeing.

Great spot to stay in the city, close to shops, markets and dining. Pool was lovely and room was nice and spacious. Didn't use any of the other amenities like the gym or breakfast buffet, but people were queueing to get in right on 7am. I would definitely stay here again. Staff at check-in were a bit rude. Might have just been a cultural thing, but I addressed the woman at the desk for her to ignore me and address my fiance instead. Otherwise, didn't really need the staff for the rest of the stay. It's clearly a popular hotel with lots of guests, especially flight attendants and pilots. It can get a little busy with suitcases everywhere, but I guess it shows it's a good hotel for big groups, and close to the airport. Would definitely recommend downloading the Grab app for taxis/rideshares during your stay. It's exactly the same as Uber which isn't available in SG.
