Good standard city hotelPosted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Room upgrade on arrival and breakfast at half price without asking were pleasant surprises. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The hotel met its star rating easily. We found nothing to prevent us enjoying our stay
Location: Walk out of hotel, over first footbridge and follow the riverside path to access restaurants catering for all tastes. Not near a MRT station.
We stayed for three nights. Our room was ready when we arrived, quite spacious and well equipped. Reception staff were helpful as were the guest service person and the desk boys. Not close to the MRT, we used taxis which are queued at the hotel and reasonably priced. The room was clean and bed linen replaced on a daily basis. Overall suited our purposes and no bad comments.

Reasonable hotel but out of the waysPosted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: The room, reasonable breakfast, good staff
Cons: Fortunately Internet was included in my rate - it was very slow and to think they charge 25 SD for it
Location: The hotel is out of the way - there for 1 nite only but there seemed to be little to do outside
Room was typical of hotels of this category - comfortable, reasonably furnished

Nice hotel, room not as impressive as receptionPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: Impressive reception
Cons: Slightly tired decor in room
Location: Close to the river - though not Riverfront as the river is across the road behind other hotels. Bus stop near by.
Stayed for 5 nights September 2013 primarily for the F1 Singapore GP. Generally a pleasant experience though if we were to go to the GP again would try to find a hotel nearer an MRT station - though don't let this put you off staying as there is a bus stop over the road! It is also possible to walk to Clarke Quay MRT which we did a couple of times - though with the heat and humidity this might not be for everyone.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly Staff.Posted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Easy Check in. Good friendly staff.
Cons: Hotel could look at offering free WI FI.
Stayed at this hotel twice now for the Singapore F1. Good proximity to the track and good location for Clark Key.

Nice friendly HotelPosted Sep 28, 2013
Pros: The 'executive club lounge' facilities that I enjoyed. Recreational/Laundry and Gym facilities are good.
Cons: Luggage Rack be 'convenience' located; Wash Basin must have enclosure. Refrigerator be Freed from closed choking enclosure. Interior Décor Layout can
Location: Short ride/walk to The Clarke Quay, etc. Shuttle to Orchard Road area. Short walk to the MRT to go anywhere on the under ground trains. Close to Hop O
My experience was good; friendly Staff all round! Breakfast and Recreational facilities are Good. Clarke Quay and River Side areas are close by. Orchard Road shopping and sights etc, are close by. The 'Hippo'; the Hop On -Hop OFF Omni Bus 'stop' is close to the hotel, and is a good Ride to take. A Visit to The new Marina Bay Sands development, the Casino and the Gardens by the Bay, was very satisfying, and filled with Awe! A visit to old haunts like the Clifford Pier at the Esplanade brought back old memories and awe at the new development.
