“Would stay there again”
The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful in finding things to do that was kid friendly. We had the breakfast included in our stay and it was delicious. I only have two complaints. One: The internet cost is atrocious. Second: Our king size mattress was way too firm and I woke up every night with a numb left arm. I had to sleep on my left side because of being pregnant and it would have been nice to have a more comfortable bed. Other than those two things, it was a beautiful hotel and I would stay there again.
“Excellent”
Friendly staff. Good room, facilities and value. Although the hotel is not as central as some, it does have a free shuttle bus to Orchard Road and Clarke Quay. I would have no hesitation in using this hotel again.

“Great hotel and location.”
Hotel was clean, comfortable and conviently located near Chinatown. Walked one block to the bus stop and started on the Hop on & Hop off bus tour which was worth the price and I highly recommend this to enjoy a reasonable tour of the city. Hotel was excellent with no complaints. Singapore is a beautiful clean city and could have spent another couple of days there sight seeing. Would definitely stay athis hotel again.

Very pleased with the hotel to stay - very comfortable and reasonably priced. did not eat in the restaurant as it was too expensive when compared to other eateries around singapore.
“A Trouble Free Getaway”
From the moment we Arrived at the hotel we knew our stay in Singapore was going to be wonderful. A great looking hotel with goodsized rooms and always neat. Great views of the city from every room and wonderful bistro made for the perfect base to experience the City.

Superb location with excellent access to public transport. Good service and courteous staff! Stunning view from the higher floors.. Would definitely stay here when I come back

“Best hotel for food”
The lifts inside the atrium going up 27 floors are amazing. Staff are very good at their job, everybody is very welcoming, the rooms are simple but very clean, the maid service is very good. The food in the melting pot restaurant is excellent, its buffet style, you get so much choice. The location is a little bit away from the malls and the main attractions, but the taxis are quick and very cheap. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.
“A Great Hotel in a the wonderful Singapore!”
Amazing place! A great place to walk into after a long trip. The elevators are the first thing you see and the check in is off to the right. I love the fact that there are helpful people at the concierge desk as well to offer assistance. Anything you really need is at your finger tips. I was really imporessed with the room. The cleanliness, the TV, the bed, the size etc.. were amazing. The only part was mrt was not close and worth a bit of walk. However, if you walked up the Great Wall City ... walk straight out.. down the stairs and the cross street .. heading in the left... you begin your shopping experience, grocery, dining etc.... in this one place.... also you can get starbucks on the second floor in case you want it as well.... furthermore there is a shuttle bus to orchard road near the BATA SHOE STORE entrance.... truly wonderful! I will stay here again.. when I go to Singapore this summer!
