This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. All the amennities are great. The pool is excellent. The service is one of the best and very friendly staff all over the hotel. Very easy to access the main attractions. There is a taxi stand right out side the hotel and if you ask the satf you need one they will turn on a flashing light to get the cab in quick. The food in the cafe 2000 is very good and the breakfast buffet is awesome. I will defenetly stay here again with out any doubt.

“Will definitely stay here again”

My wife and I were staying one night before taking a cruise and we were very impressed with this hotel. The check in process was smooth and the staff extremely courteous. The hotel lobby was tastefully decorated, along with Christmas decorations for the time we were there (December 20). Our room was far better that we expected. It was spacious and clean and included a big flat screen TV with a comfortable E-Z boy style chair. The breakfast buffet included western and Asian cuisine and the restaurant staff were awesome. This is definitely a hotel we would recommend.

“grand time”

This was a wonderful hotel. You will not be dissappointed. The staff are very friendly and insist on making your stay very comfortable. Very close to the subway(only 2 blocks away) and many many restaurants and shops. Taxi service is very quick and drivers are wonderful and helpful.

“Impressive”

The M Hotel was extremely nice and comfortable. The room service was excellent, but don't forget, you're in Singapore! Chinatown is a ten-minute walk, as well as a fantastic hawker stall around the corner. Be careful, the convenience stores near the hotel are almost double the price of the exact chain stores in other neighborhoods. Pros: Nice hotel bar. Great room service. Decent location. Cab fare to anywhere is quite cheap. Cons: Internet charge was astronomical. The pool was small. The jacuzzi was not hot.

“Good hotel, good service, good value”

Would recommend this hotel as it is good value, very clean and comfortable rooms, good location, (for business and leisure) very good service, underground 2 blocks away, taxi station outside, good food 5 min walk, Orchard Rd 10 min by taxi for 8-10 SGD, airport 30 min about 20-25 SGD.

“Very comfortable and pleasant hotel”

The location is convenient from the point of view that it is two minutes from Tanjong Pagar MRT. The hotel rooms are spacious and furnishings are of a high standard.Good selection of TV channels. Restaurant in lobby provides very tasty and reasonably priced food. The pool area is not particulalrly spacious but during our stay it was quiet so space was not at a premium. Gym is small with limited range of equipment

“M hotel - one of the best”

Hotel was spotless and staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Handy location and we really couldn't have wished for anything better. Our flight home was at 1am, and the hotel provided storage for our bags until we were ready, and even had a room where we could shower, change and freshen up before departing for the airport. We really can't recommend it highly enough - excellent.

“Nice and Neat”

Overall I stayed for just one night, and this is what you can expect from a business hotel to be: nice and neat, not much extras, but functional Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, as actually almost always in Singapore.

“Satisfaction Guaranteed”

This hotel is on the edge of the business district and the Marina less than 200 mtrs to the MRT so you could not ask for more in position. The hotel is a well appointed and modern hotel but what makes this hotel special is the staff. From the doorman to the manager they are all very helpful and go that extra step to make your stay the best they can. My family (9 of us) would all go back tomorrow.

“Affordable style”

This hotel is a gem, both swish and relaxed. Staff are efficient and courteous, and it is impeccably clean. The Financial District may not be very lively at weekends and nights, but it is a short walk to the MRT, and 24 hour convenience shops are nearby.
