“Swissotel, Stamford”
From check in to check out, nothing was too much trouble. The grand room, was huge and very comfortable. House keeping were like ninjas, you hardly saw them, but you knew your room had been made up. Fantastic location, above the Raffles City shopping plaza, with a train station next door. The only down side, was the lack of free Internet access. But that wouldn't stop me staying there in the future. On leaving four different staff wished me a safe trip home, and thank us for staying with them.

“Excellent hotel”
Excellent service and friendly staff. The hotel location is at the central of city and convenient to go everywhere. Hotel room is spacious and clean, plus fantastic view. I highly recommend to all travellers regardless you are for bisuness or personal holiday.
“Our stay at the Swissotel was great”
When you look for a hotel,don't go by others reviews,remember we all have different standards and likes,go with your feelings. However,our stay at the Swissotel was great, close to everything, great shopping, beautiful view from hotel room, this hotel offers many activities to do either to go on sightseeing by bus, by taxi, by MRT or you can simply walk. The hotel offers complimentary spa and sauna,if you want to have a massage you need to pay but is just so worth it.Nice area to go for a walk at night with a great variety of restaurants, night life, even sports in a nearby park - we saw locals playing soccer and cricket great family atmosphere. Remember to look at the sky,if you see dark clouds gathering, it is most likely you have between 30 min - 40 mins before a down pour occurs, so find a nice air-conditioned shopping mall and continue to enjoy what Singapore has to offer. We recommend - the bus tour through Singapore (departs from Suntec mall-Marina Square) as well as the river cruise, on foot sightseeing is also great, a good but worth it walk to Marina Bay Sands, Orchard Road (its OK if you are into shopping you could spend the whole day, make sure to negotiate prices), Night Safari - fantastic, get a camera with night vision, no flash is allowed on this tour, if you go with a tour group, ask for time to do souvenir shopping is a must. If you get the chance get a fish spa for your feet. Swissotel has a beautiful restaurant on 73rd floor, this is a must experience.

I choose Swissotel the Stamford every time I go to Singapore because it's so lovely, convenient and the staff are great. I recommend this hotel - and the New Asia Bar for a glass of Moet high above Singapore - to everyone!
“Pleasant experience at Swissotel Singapore”
The Swissotel is an excellent hotel with an excellent view. The hotel is close to the central city area and capable staff that is ready to provide a service. I will strongly recommend the Swissotel the friends and colleagues that want to stay in Singapore.
“A brilliant hotel”
Excellent service, good in-room facilities, convenient location (in terms of access to public transport, shopping and dining) and beautiful view to the Marina Bay. The staff are very helpful and usually went out of their way to assist.
“A superb stay in Singapore”
We stayed in Swissotel the Stamford during our little holiday in Singapore. We chose the hotel because its awesome location - close to everything - the esplanade, the shopping (in fact there is a huge shopping mall just in the basement of the center), the restaurants (there are plenty onsite dining - we especially like the breakfast at the Swiss cafe, although its quite pricy its worth it; also there are a lot of dining options in the nearby shopping center). We highly recommend Asian Markets Cafe as its offers a superb choice of traditional asian food. The hotels amenities are great - guest have access to the Willow Stream Spa (with sauna, spa, steam room, etc) pools were good and surprisingly un-croowded for a hotel of this size. The check-in was fast and hassle-free, the room was in good condition (we stayed in a Grand Room on a high floor with 2 balconies) but some aspects of the room need a little renovation - in particular the bathroom. But besides that everything else is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you go to Singapore.
“The Stamford Hotel”
We were able to speak to other tourists who shared their opinion of their hotels. They said that they weren't quite happy and when we told them of our own experience which was very good. The staff was polite and helpful and the service was amazing. They even upgraded our room which had a stunning view of the city and the room itself was lovely and clean.
