"This is our second time staying here. The hotel is affordable, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms have been clean during both visits.
The biggest issue this time was the check-in process. Guests had to wait until exactly 3:00 PM to check in, even if rooms appeared to be ready. The lobby and waiting area were very crowded, and the check-in line was much longer than expected. We’ve been visiting South Padre Island for years and have stayed at many different hotels, but this was the first time we’ve experienced such a strict check-in policy.
Unfortunately, customer service was not as welcoming as it was during our previous stay, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has its positives, but based on this experience, we’re not sure if we’ll choose to stay here again."
