I stayed in room#516 the carpet was stained badly seems the shower leaked and soaked the carpet on the wall between the bathroom, and also the AC unit didn't work well needs to be cleaned and checked. Other than that it was okay. Staff is hard working and polite.

This is a very dated, but comfortable property. The airport shuttle is definitely a plus. Having an IHOP on the property was great for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again next time I fly into SFO.

I would definitely stay here again. It was significantly cheaper than any other motel with an airport shuttle. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Some noise from the airport but no big deal. The shuttle got good reviews, I just wasn’t aware that it only ran every 45 minutes, so I was a little frustrated because it was cold and dark and other shuttles kept going by. But I called, they told me it would be there at 11:23 and it was right on time.

Initial room assigned did have a very heavy marijuana smoke smell, this room also had an adjacent room from where very loud TV noise was coming as well as people talking very loud at about 10:30pm. Went back to FD, attendant Fahad he was quite understanding and moved us to another room with one king bed (initially we booked for 2 Queen beds). Bathroom door lock was broken, vanity mirror had a huge crack. Overall - property needs repair and maintenance. It definitely looks run-down.
