The 170 suites and efficiencies are located in three separate buildings: a six-story with ocean views, and one- and two-story buildings with pool and courtyard views. The buildings are configured in a horseshoe shape around the outdoor courtyard.

“Will Stay Again”
facility was clean and comfortable.The "park & cruise" feature made it all worth while.

The staff was extremely helpful, the suite was very comfortable and the microwave and refrigerator were a big plus. Proximaty to the beach was the piece de resitance since my purpose in this trip was to "walk the shore at midnight on New Year's 2008." I'.m not certain if I left my prescrition glasses on the night stand or on the flight home, not to worry, it was all worth it!
“Nice”
I found the Comfort Inn and Suites very nice and family oriented. Pool and court yard was clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay there again. Walking distant to the beach.
“great winter getaway”
This is the second time we book this hotel. It is roomy, has small kitchenette, pool and hot tub (very important when it might be too cold to swim) and very close to beach. My kids did not want to leave
“Lovely courtyard”
The Comfort Inn offers a great location - right next to RonJon's surf shop, walking distance to "the Pier", and many various places to eat and shop. Ocean is just across a street on which there is NO traffic (and I was there during Easter week!). We had a kitchenette which I would say was great except for the lack of basic cooking utensils (a spatula would have been nice!) Loved the pool. hot tub, shuffle board. Missed not having a free continental breakfast available which Comfort Inn's usually seem to have.
“Nice Place to Stay!”
The hotel was very nice and conviently close for our cruise. It was within walking distance of food places, groceries and a drug store. The grounds were very well kept and the room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again!
“Good location, new rooms, good price”
After seeing all the negative reviews I was leary, but the price and location couldn't be beat. My room seemed new; no mold or worn carpets, new tiling and paint. Pool, jacuzzi and recreation areas are great. I couldn't have asked for more in this price range.
