“Clean & comfortable at excellent value”
We stayed in a double-Queen non-smoking room on the first floor facing the pool. The bathroom was nicely updated (although lacking a vent--a bit odd). The beds were quite comfortable. The room was clean. It did not have a refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice, but wasn't necessary. The curtains didn't entirely block out the light from the pool area so it seemed a bit bright throughout the night. We got a great deal on the room through Expedia, but booked for only one night. We needed to stay a second night because the rocket launch was delayed. We couldn't do it directly through the hotel, so got on-line and booked again through Expedia. The rate had gone up a little but was still cheaper than the hotel's advertised price. The hotel arranged for us to keep the same room despite being well-booked. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. My only real complaint was the rudeness of the guests next to us who were up at 4 a.m. the second night talking non-stop until the father's final yell, "Let's go, let's go, let's go" at 5:17 a.m. Just in time for me to fall back to sleep til my alarm went off at 5:45. Please be courteous of other guests in any hotel by using a low voice anytime of day...but especially at night!

great place to stay,ajoining Ihop,near Dennys and Cracker Barrell,Durango Steak House. 1 mile to Asian House,rated top 10 in nation for good food. great pool. very convient to Kennedy Space Center.

The Days Inn Kennedy Space center is not the ritz, so - if that's what you must have, skip this. However, my family and I were very pleased with our experience there - no complaints at all! The rooms were confortable, the ease of access was great. The staff was freiendly and helpful. Aand the fact that the hotel is attatched to an IHOP was a definite plus! My only comment/critism would be about signage. There is a large sign that is very visible to folks traveling north/south on I-95. However, my sister-in-law drove right past the hotel because there is no equally visible sign for folks traveling on Highway 50 - the east/west connector. If you come that way, look for the IHOP instead of the Days Inn. That will help you find the right place.
“Very acceptable motel.”
Our stay was very pleasant, though the room was way overpriced. Given the location so near the Space Center, the price was to be expected, especially as the room was booked close to a shuttle launch date. Service by the staff was excellent, and had the shuttle launched when scheduled, the view from the window in the room would have been first rate.
“Average motel”
This was what I would call an average to above average motel. I don't believe that any person who stayed there would be disappointed. All motels that I have stayed at for the past five have pillows that are soft and to not comfortable. (This includes cruise ships) When I asked at one motel why the pillows are so bad, I was told that if they put good pillows in the rooms, they would be stolen. I guess we have to put up with uncomptaful pillows where ever we go.

clean room, clean grounds, decent restaurant (IHOP) attached.reasonably priced. just what we needed, nothing more nothing less. 4th yr in a row we stayed there during bike week
