“Awesome!”
The hotel and staff were exceptional and very accomodating, we arrived well before our check in time and the staff went out of their way to have a room ready for us as quickly as possible, all were friendly. The rooms were awesome, spacious and well worth the price.
“Excellent experience”
I must say my stay at the Candlewood Suites was the most pleasant hotel experience I've ever had. Everything was perfect. I plan to stay there next year when my husband and I go back to visit.

“I would stay again”
The only thing I was unhappy about was getting the smoking room. Otherwise the people at the front desk were very helpful with suggestions of where to go, and the directions, etc. I would stay again if we end up in the area. We liked the fact that there was a full size refrigerator and having the ability to cook if we wanted to. The room was clean and the pillow was comfortable.
“Very nice hotel!”
Very nice - staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. Had a bit of an issue with the key-card coding but would still recommend without hesitation. Was concerned about noise due to proximity to the road but it was actually very quiet.
“A consistent stay when you are at the Big E”
This is our third year coming back to the Candlewood when we do a show at the Big E. It is clean, the staff is kind and helpful. And the location is not too far away from the expo center. It will be my choice every year.
“Great hotel but...”
i would think a place that was twice the cost of the hotel I stayed at a week ago in the same area would be much better. I prefer the cheaper hotel, Comfort Suites, over Candlewood. And they need better front desk help for the overnight shift. However, the evening front desk help was EXCELLENT!
“Good choice in this area”
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nites. As it is a suite hotel, it has a kitchen with frig, stove top and microwave. There is a laundry facility on the premises. Rooms have desk with internet service. There are some restaurants in the immediate area as well as a shopping center less than a mile away. A good choice for business people, families or anyone who doesn't want to eat out every meal.
“Not to Shabby”
As far as Holtels go, this one was not bad. The room key wouldnt work at first but the manager took care of it. The room was comfortable and over all clean. They provide cups, apn and silverware, with a full size fridge. The hotel was relatively quite with no traffic noise.
“ok for families”
Room was nice, signed up for 2 queen beds, got 1 bed and 1 pull out, withough linens. Bathroom smelled like smoke. Nice kitchen area. Hot tub didn't work first few days, we drove further away from family to get hotel with hot tub. Had to get new linens daily, no housekeeping if staying less than 7 nights. Not far from many great dining options.
