“Springfield's finest”
Very quiet and relaxing stay.
“Spectacular customer service”
ALL service personnel are extremely well trained. Everyone, from front desk, dining room staff, bar tenders, bell hops, catering department went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The dining room selection at certain hours is somewhat limited, but overall a great hotel to stay for an extended period (five nights in our case). Very convenient to center of town, expressways, and Missouri State University.

My wife had a root canal earlier in the day and they allowed her to check in eary and even offered her some soft food for lunch to get by. Wonderful service on their part

We came to Springfield for a wedding, and the location was only a block away, and the hotel and the staff were all excellent.

Perfect for an overnight stay to get away from the norm. Quiet, clean and nice staff. I did not wake up in time for the breakfast but for sure a plus for early birds.

Breakfast buffet was good, Has on site restaurant. Staff was very professional. Lobby was pretty with atrium. Room was good size, could use a little updating like replacing old TV with flat screen TV, some newer colors in decorating, but the room but was clean, nicely decorated with upscale features like a nice size desk a couch, etc.
