“Great service”

Initially there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room. A change was made, and the service was excellent.. The person on the desk was Ray, and questions and requests were handled courteously and immediately. In fact, all of the help was friendly and effective. The only problem was, on the last day, we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, but the housekeeper opened the door and entered at 8:00 a.m. We advised Ray of what had transpired and we felt confident that the problem would be addressed!

Towels need to be a little softer... otherwise the hotel was great.. everything was clean...

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean. It is a bit close to I-95 but the noise was not an issue. The price makes up for the fact that it is 7 miles from the main atttactions.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly Rooms were clean and had refig & microwave. 10% discount for guests at IHOP next to reception area. Easy walk to outlet mall at rear of hotel, very convienent location. Would definite stay there again.
