“Great location”
This hotel is in a great location. We had a harbor view and it was wonderful, although it is a working harbor so it was noisy at times. Staff was very nice and helpful. The staff at the hotel resturant were outstanding. My husband went fishing and they were kind enough to let him use the kitchen to cut his his. They really went above and beyond.

We found this hotel to be in a great location if you like to go for walks around the old city heritage sites. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are quite well appointed and comfortable. The in house restaurant has very good food and service. Access to and from the airport is excellent. We would return to this hotel without question.

i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights.i cant fault it in anyway.the room service was excellant and the food very good.i recommend the cod tongues
“What a View”
This is a great place to stay downtown St. John's located right at the harbour. Walk to Pubs, Shops, Restraunts and Tour Boats. The room was big and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was quite good as well.

We were in a smoking room the first night, due to renovations, but were not advised. The next day they transfered us to a smoke-free room.
