“Hotel review”

I enjoyed my stay the staff was plesent and I loved the location it was really close to all the festivities walking distance

“Comfortable, close to town, place to stay”

This hotel suited me very well as I like to be able to walk to the sights in towns when I'm travelling. Helpful staff with maps and directions and they held my luggage past the checkout time as i wanted to see more sights and there were no lockers for storage at the Amtrak station.

“St. Louis Trip”

Good service from hotel employees but room need better cleaning. Carpet was in needed cleaning, pillows needed to be replaced and tub was not in good condition.

“Dont bother”

Hotel dilapidated and depressing with much maintenance not done. Rooms smell badly and hall, elevator and stair carpeting badly worn and filthy. Advertised breakfast is donuts and coffee. Staff knowledge of shuttles and public transportation faulty and intentionally misleading. Bedside table drawers broken and will not slide.

“Horible rooms”

Bed bugs!!! Must I say more... Well since I have to share more in order to submit this review. Let me add this the towels were not fresh, the room was dingy and smelled like mold. I came home with bed bug bites ahhhhhh just thinking about it makes me mad!!!!
