Very clean! Friendly staff! They were able to accommodate an early check in for $25 dollars which I was fine paying because I arrived very early. Very close to the Arch! Easy walk to Busch Stadium. I would definitely stay there again!

The building looks old from the outside, but wait till you enter. It is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The dining room is nicely set up with table service. Breakfast is made to order. The Hotel was convenient to the my location for Saint Louis University Graduation. The Hotel was clean and served a very good buffet breakfast. The Hotel did accommodate me and I was allowed early check in. Front desk staff was professional and pleasant and also, gave me two complimentary bottles of water. Also, the Hotel did have validated parking for duration of my stay which was absolutely good. The staff did an excellent job cleaning and keeping the room stocked. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Downtown stay in St Louis.

This hotel had a very elegant modern vibe while encapsulating the big city bustle, it was very convenient to the stadiums, the arch and the river. The only downfall which is not their fault is the dilapidated hotel right across the street, definitely an eyesore but hopefully the city will have an amazing opportunity to revitalize that area! But back to this idea hotel, it was very clean and comfortable!

This hotel is beautiful, very clean, and had very comfortable beds! Dining options in the area were limited, so we ate at the hotel. Our only complaint was that most of the menu options were not available, which was especially difficult with kids. However, the food we did order was delicious. The breakfast bar is only available on weekends, and other days it is a la carte, which can be slower than the breakfast bar if you're needing something quick. We loved the beautifully preserved features of the historic bank that was on the property previously. Valet service for parking was wonderful, and all of the staff were polite and courteous. It's walking distance to the Arch and driving distance for some fun activities like the City Museum and Botanical Gardens. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
