“our stay”
had a mix up in reservations. called expedia and they straightened it all out and got us this fabulous room.
“Wonderful Stay”
Beautiful hotel, and very accommodating staff. Our room was clean and comfy.
“looking forward to next years visit.”
The rooms are more expensive than the chain hotels but worth every penny. Extremely clean hotel and room. Very helpful staff. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Highly recommended.
“St. Louis Expedition”
Great location, very easy, no hassles.
“Can't wait to go back!”
The room was well appointed, and the check-in was fast and friendly. We have a 3 month old daughter, and came back to the hotel the following day after having been out all day to a set of extra towels and washcloths because the staff obviously noticed from our gear that we were traveling with a little one. The concierge staff was absolultely, hands down fantastic. They made dinner recommendations and reservations for us, told us about where to catch the metro and were SO nice about everything. Can't wait to stay in St. Louis at the Renaissance again!
“Would love to go back”
From the time we arrived in St. Louis, everyone we met was helpful and friendly and the Renaissance was no exception. We arrived late and yet Charles was efficient yet welcoming. We had a little problem with the heater in our room and Andre arrived immediately to remedy it (at midnight). My husband and I were so impressed by his professionalism and courtesy. Andre gets 5 stars from me for sure. One of the best people I've ever encountered in my travels. The bed was so comfy, I had know trouble sleeping as I often do elsewhere. We weren't there long enough to eat in one of the beautiful restaurants, but they smelled great. The staff at Starbucks saw me a lot though and they were always a cheerful pick-me-up. Was able to get an envelope I needed at the concierge desk. We stayed thru a very cold January weekend - would love to come back and stay in the spring or summer. Thanks to the staff of the Renaissance!!
“Great Location - Definitely Go Back”
Had a great time and hotel staff was pleasant and prompt.
“I would totally stay here again!”
The hotel was in a decent location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and spacious. We had a minor incident with room service breakfast and that evening when we returned to the room there was a little treat and hand written note waiting for us!
“Nice package with breakfast”
It is good price even in the downtown.
“Great Room”
Great motel. Central location to downtown, arch, baseball & football stadium.
