“Great place to stay with a great view of the Bay”
My family and I were extremely happy staying here. The hotel staff was very friendly and brought extra pillows and towels up right away when we asked for them. Will definitely stay here again when we're back in Florida. Also, we had a beautiful view of the Bay from our window. Was nice waking up in the morning and seeing this site!
“nice quiet place to stay”
Nice place and good location for the activities we had planned: We went to very nearby Dunedin for dinner. The next day, we rented kayaks on Dunedin Causeway and went to Caladesi Island State Park. There's also a small park across the street from the hotel that runs along the bay.
“fairly new with a view”
I was very pleased with the hotel. It had ample offerings for breakfast. The staff was friendly, but could have used more staff. The pool was clean as was the hotel itself. Location is a little off the beaten path.

Right from the start it was a good choice. The desk staff (Anna) was very helpful and friendly! Nice, spacious room. Great location. Good AC, clean sheets, comfortable set up. Would definitely stay there again.
“Great Place”
Me and a couple friends stayed here on our senior trip. The hotel is right on Clearwater Bay and just about 5-10 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Honey Moon Island. It's not really in the hustle and bustle, but it's in a centric location. Great for pleasure and business. Friendly and helpful staff; and great spacious suites at a price you can't beat in Clearwater!
“On Waterfront”
Very quiet when we were there (10 - 17 Oct). It is on the waterfront. there was not much to choose from for breakfast, but to be honest there was enough. The only fault was that the Air conditioning unit was noisy. THOBURN - NEWCASTLE/TYNE
“Very nice”
We were 3 in our party. I had a 3yr old and my babysitter. When we got there, we were upgraded to a connecting room. It was super! 2 baths and privacy for all. Would definately stay again. The pool is not heated in March.
“More than expected”
I had reserved the suite with two beds and a sofa that could be slept on for three adults and two kids prior to a cruise. We were given a suite that consisted of two identical bedrooms, both with the sofa, bathroom, TV and a connecting door. It was great. I would recommend to anyone. P.S. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Overall pleased with our stay. Good clean & friendly. Breakfasts were a quick & easy start to the day. Location good for site seeing. Near by beaches at Tarpon & Honeymoon island worth a visit. Clearwater pier at sundown with the street performers was a great night out. For the money i would recommend it.
