“Great value on the beach!”
Great value. Older hotel, but nothing wrong with the rooms, location, or daily service. The room had full-sized fridge, two burner stove, microwave, and full set of plates, dinner ware, pots, pans, and extras. The room staff was friendly. My only complaint is, in three interactions with the desk staff, they never seemed happy or pleasant at all. It seemed to be a bother to have a customer. I'd still go back and hope to be surprised by a friendlier desk staff.
“Peaceful”
Had a great peaceful time with beautiful surroundings and all the comforts needed in the hotel room as well as quick and easy beachfront access! Beautiful sunset spot as well!
“- CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!”
We had never been to Florida and chose Island Inn Resort on Treasure Island. We were on the second floor and had a Gulf Front room. The room had a kitchen which we wanted. It was a wonderful stay. We had a king size bed - lots of room to move around. The kitchen area had a full size fridge- but no stove- just 2 burners. It was well equiped with utensils etc. We bought groceries and had breakfast on our roomy balcony each morning. I even saw dolphins one morning from the balcony. Beautiful stretch of beach - no problem finding room to spread out your towels. My only complaint was the airconditioner was too noisy. Also would be nice if there was a comfy chair or recliner in the room. We will be back next year.
“Good Time!!”
We go over to about 20 Rays baseball games a year. We live about 60 miles from the Trop and stay in St Pete about 3-5 times a year after the game and to enjoy the beach. This was our first stay and we were plesently surprised! We have stayed at the Don Cesar several times and it is a fantatic hotel but the view was the same (beautiful gulf beaches) and the room rate was about 1/2!! Rick at the Tiki bar is a great guy. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back GO RAYS!!!
“Best Resort on the Beach”
I recommend the Island Inn Resort as one o f the best places Ive ever stayed! The rates are reasonable for what you receive for your money!
“best value cant wait to go back”
For the money i spent during a peak time this was a great choice over the glitzier hotels on the island. I will return to this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with kitchnette and a sofa in some the balconies overlooking the beach were great and offered a wonderful view of the ocean.

I highly recommend this hotel. Great room right on the beach -- balcony overlooking the Gulf -- just beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff.

“Accomodating with Beatiful views”
It's an older hotel without a whole lot of bells and whistles, but it was very accomodating and comfortable. Most of the rooms have balconies that face the beatiful views of the beach and ocean which is just a few steps away. They have a "Tiki" bar which was extremely convenient. I would go back!
“early check-in was a plus”
The nicest thing about our stay was the flexibility of the hotel to allow us to check in early, since our room was available at the time of our arrival. Thank you Island Inn.
