“Very Pleasant Stay”

Excellent hotel. Rooms furnished to a very high standard. Most comfortable bed and pillows I think I have ever had. Only minor gripe was the lift was temperemental and seemed to work when it wanted, but the hotel was only three floors so not really a problem. Overall a lovely stay

“Wonderful Get Away!”

Hotel was just as described on the internet. The beds were extemely comfy, great flat screen t.v., the pool and hot tub were great, free parking and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a microwave and frig in the room. The inroom coffee maker only makes one cup at a time-no carafe. The room was a bit dusty, no fan in bathroom and the beds were not made daily.Exercise room was simple but served its purpose.Overall for the money, it was great!

The hotel staff was efficient and personable; eager to please. The late afternoon complimentary wine and beer were a welcome surprise. There was nothing better than having breakfast on the back deck while watching the sun rise with little distraction or noise. The hotel was relatively quiet: no late night partying or crying infants--just considerate guests and staff. The beach is easily accessible and very well maintained. Would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay here back in Sept 2008. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom very clean with handy facilities. Note that plates and cutlery are not provided in the kitchenette but there is a usefull little dollar shop down the road left of the hotel. The bar on the beach called Sloppy Joes is a short walking distance opposite. Lovely setting. Would definitley go back and have infact recommended by brother and sister in law to stay there durinbg their trip soon. I would also recommend the Jet Ski place next door. (Yellow building). It is ran by a really nice belgium couple who look after their jet skis and boats and make sure you get the most out of you trip out on the water safely. We even saw wild dolphins up close which was amazing.

“Too bad we didn't go before Clearwater beach”

Very courteous and helpful staff. Nice happy hour on friday and saturday evening. Too bad we didn't get there before going to Clearwater beach. Treasure island is quieter and the beach is very wide.

“Great overall hotel”

Great hotel. Very clean. Have a managers reception on Fri and Sat nites with beer and wine where you can watch sun set over beach. Have free muffins, pastries and coffee every morning. Front desk staff was SO helpful in suggesting restaurants, things to do, directions etc. Only complaint is that the doors to the rooms are thin and we were right by the elevator and could hear everyone as they came in and out of elevator.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was really nice, pleasant, helpful. They have a patio where you can sit and read and drink coffee (free in the morning). Very relaxing. It's not on the beach, but right across the street from the municipal beach. Towels were plentiful, thick. Each room has a patio with chairs and a table. Very easy to get to everything - Tampa, Sarasota, St. Petersburg etc.
