"I would like to express my disappointment regarding the room description on Expedia.
The room was listed as having a partial beach view, however, the actual view from the room overlooks the parking lot and a garbage container. There is no visible beach view from the room, which is not what was advertised.
We have stayed at your hotel many times in the past and have always enjoyed our experience. However, in this case, the description on Expedia was misleading and did not accurately reflect the room that was assigned to us.
I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and let us know if there is any possibility of moving us to a room that matches the description we booked.
