"The atrium is stunning, the beds are comfortable however the rooms are very dark, bathrooms are not what I would have expected for the price of the hotel, service at the bar was terrible, a latte at the cafe (that was 90% foam) was $7 and we had to call repeatedly to request extra pillows, one time on hold for 25 minutes for housekeeping. I would not recommend."

"There was renovations going on in hotel. Poll was closed while we stayed. Fee for parking. Which was not shown when we booked hotel. Hotel did not list that there was renovations going on. And certain things would not be available. Staff was good."
