“I <3 Steamboat”
I guess they are individually owned, so maybe they aren't all updated, but ours was. Nice big sofa and chair, good tv, berber carpet, lots of windows, updated kitchen and nice bathroom. We had the studio loft and thought there would only be one queen, but there were two and there was a dividing curtain. It was located behind The Tugboat which is a popular bar/tavern/grill that everyone goes to. It is also very close to Slopeside Grill, which is also a fun, popular place to apres ski. Very, very close to the slopes. It was very convienently located. The only thing that was lacking for me, was closet space. They have hooks to hang things, but could've used some more as there are no shelves in the closet and the closet is very small.

The unit we rented was very nice, recently remodeled, clean, warm and comfortable. Access to skiing was convenient, good restaurants and bars nearby.

“Spring Time Square Condos”
The fold out bed was miserable but adding 2 layers of blankets under the fitted sheet helped. Everything else with the residence was amazing. We had to check in at the Mountain Resorts office which led us to believe this was a Mountain Resorts property and would allow us to use the shuttle provided by this company. We were even told by one of the bus drivers that if we called the number on his business card they would shuttle us around town free. I called the number and the operator stated that we weren't qualified for the service. Very poor customer service and the operator was very rude.
“Ski Times Squ condos - oldies but goodies.”
Ski Times Square condos are in a perfect location for walking to the Gondola to ski, walk to Tugboat bar/restaurant and other shops close by, and easy access to free public bus to go downtown. These condos are getting on in age, though, and are showing it. Though perfectly comfortable and fairly well equipped (including free wireless) - the carpets, paint, furniture and kitchenware are all showing their age, so don't expect the latest fanciest "new" look.

Great size condo, nice location to slopes, TV in bedroom didnt work, but one in living room did. really nice speacious place.
“Great location!”
The condos are in a great location. It is just a short walk to the run making it easy to come and go as you please. It is also a short walk to the bus stop at Ski Time Square allowing you easy and convienient transportation to town, the grocery store, or basically anywhere else you need to get to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even delivered one of my bags that I had forgotten back at check-in. That saved me a trip on the bus and back. The condos are a little bit dated. They have not been redone in probably fifteen to twenty years. They are not in poor shape though, and for the price you really cannot complain about that. Unless you enjoy complaining about everything. The condos were in the perfect location, in good shape, and fairly priced.
“Good value”
The condos are entirely self-catering, with a shared reception buliding about a mile away. They are well equipped, warm and comfortable. The best bit is there is only a 50yd walk to the ski slopes, and local shops and resaurants right next door
“Nice place, lots of stairs, needs updating”
It was tricky finding these condos, even using the map from Expedia. Once we finally located the building, we found out we had to go to a completely different place (not within walking distance) to check-in. That information was not given to us ahead of time, so luckily there was a worker on the property who knew where we needed to go. The parking lot is a good distance away from the building and we had to go up several flights of stairs, so I would not recommend it for disabled people. There was not a balcony as advertised and we were disappointed by that. The condo could use some updating, especially in the bathroom. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We were there in the summer, but it would be a nice location just minutes away from the ski lifts in the winter.
“Plan to go back next year. Town is great, one of my top vacation spots.”
Very nice condo, clean everything functioning, beds could have been more comfortable.
