“Nice”
The hotel is very close to eating places and convenient stores. Just a couple block from campus.

Very nice hotel within a great traveling distance to everything in town for the cost.
“Nice and Clean”
Hotel room was very clean, even the bathroom area was clean. this is definately an older hotel but they take great care of it. The front desk staff were all very courteous and helpful. I would definately stay here again and probably will

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was very clean and lobby areas attractive. Room was very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was coffee, juice, sweet rolls, bagels, muffins, cold cereal, and fruit. I would stay here again.
“It was nice and only one thing was the bed was hard as a rock.”
Bed was like sleeping on a rock. other than that it was real nice.
“Room adequate for our needs”
Room small but the bed was very comfy. Disapointed that wi-fi didn't work in our room & was told "this building is too old for much technology".
“Some uncleanliness”
The hallways are dirty. Also, a lot of construction with several construction workers hanging around.
“Will be nicer when it is finished”
The room was not really finished. There was an orange pipe running across the ceiling in the bathroom that was for the sprinkler in the room. The toilet paper holder had no rod in it to hold the toilet paper. The countertop looks nice, but it is very small. The hallway was under construction and very dirty.
“Normal Hotel”
The hotel was good. The only thing is that the Hotel website says that it is a restaurant inside and a bar and there is not! The people from the hotel justified that the site was not up to dated! But there are lot's of good restaurants and fast foods around in the neighborhood!
“Not into Karaoke”
It was karaoke night and because of the close proximity of our room to the bar it was impossible to get to sleep. The horrid howling went on until 2:00 a.m., then several young men, whom I suspect had been in the bar for some time, decided to hang-out in the lobby which was directly below our room. Upon checkin-in, the hotel staff was courteous and profesional; the room was adequate, but the noise level was unbearable. My suggestion if you have to stay here is to request a room that is as far away from the bar as you can get and hope that it's not karaoke night.
