“Great Hotel for the Price”
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and offers a great FREE continental breakfast. It was a great price compared to other hotels. They had an eating room with access to microwaves, toasters, etc. at all hours. The only downside was that the bed was a little on the hard side. Pool/Jacuzzi open late.
“We Had A Great Time”
My daughter and I had a great time. The rooms were great and the beds were wonderful. I slept like a baby. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. The only thing I could think negative about would be the breakfast room. The breakfast was good but people had to wait to sit at a table. I think more tables are needed. Other than that, it was great to stay there.

“not the best Best Western, but overall it is all right”
The reason we choose Best Western is that the Best Western we lived in Grand Rapids this summer was great. The staff was quite helpful. Breakfast is very nice. But this one is not as good as the one we lived in Grand Rapids. It is better than a motel. It has a pool, but it is in a separate house not connected with the rooms. This is very inconvenient in winter. Overall, it is still a nice place to stay in such a tourist town.

Motel room was clean, quiet and conveniently located. Nice pool and hot tub and a great, hot breakfast! I would stay here again.
“Great place to stay when you are awy from home!”
The staff was very helpful with our needs while staying there, whether it was needing something for our room or directions and highlights of the area. Breakfast included was delicious and the pool was great. It was hard to keep the kids out of it. They simply loved it. I would go back again. The only draw back is if you are on second floor, there is no elevator, if you need one. All entrances are from the outside.
“A very nice Inn”
Enjoyed talking to the lobby staff. They set a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The rooms were good. The location I found to be slightly hard to remember "what road to turn on". But then again, that is just my opinion. The over-all experience was great and I would suggest this Inn for those looking for lodging in the Mackinaw area.
“AMAZING ROOM FOR PRICE!!! WOULD STAY AGAIN”
This was a very nice hotel! The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the price was GREAT!! The front desk staff was helpful also. Free breakfast, free shuttle to the ferry dock, and coupons off ferry ride!

“Mackinaw's Best”
The hotel staff was excellent and super friendly. The heated pool was great. The room was very large and very clean. We had extra towels upon arrival, something you usually have to call for or see the desk for. We reserved two cribs, they were in the room waiting. They too were clean and had very nice sheets and covers. The breakfast spread in the am was great. Check in/out was fast. We even changed our plans and hit this hotel on the way back because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The service the second time was just as great. We will stay here every time we hit M.C. now.
