“Beautiful Views”
Despite the friendly service, convenient free shuttles around town, comfortable and spacious rooms, the best part of the stay had to be going out on the deck in the hot tub on the top floor looking out at the mountains. A wonderful stay with breath-taking views!
“Dog-Friendly Hotel w/ Helpful Tips”
knowledgeable staff about dining options, dog-friendly places- e.g., informed me about dog park in Breck; housekeeping called to see if we'd like room cleaned (they won't clean if you have dog actively in room); had humidifier (saved my skin from drying completely out!); fine dining downstairs (though didn't realize better to RSVP). Downside: wished their pool table was working. carpet in room could have been cleaner- didn't notice till we looked at our white socks (and this is before dogs entered room).
“Great for the money and location”
Family of five enjoyed our stay in two clean rooms. We gave the room with a view of the mountain to the kids. Enjoyed the hot tubs (on 6,5,and 1st levels), top 2 were great for sunsets. Tip: Pay attention to altitude - we all felt it for a day or two and don't hesitate to use the medical facilities within walking distance at the base of Keystone Ski area (one daughter got it bad and needed oxygen and IV to get better). They have lockers for skiis on the ground level and we often just walked over to the ski hill. The rooms came with humidifiers which we used. The kids played about 20 games of pool and others sat around the fireplace and read books, played chess or just drank their wine and dozed after a day of skiing. Not far from Breckenridge if you want some tourist/more food/shopping stuff. Note, check when you are coming to see if night skiing is all week or only Wed-Sun.
“Fabulous hotel!”
The Inn at Keystone was a wonderful value. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and had a fabulous view of the mountain. The hotel staff was extremely nice, and accomodating. The one drawback for me was the pillows... I know it sounds ridiculous, but the pillows in the rooms were extremely uncomfortable, and I had some neck issues whenever I woke up. DEFINITELY stay here, but bring your own pillow!
“Good value with some caveats”
The staff was exceedingly helpful and the hotel generally as advertised. Use the humidifier they provide, it helps with altitude sickness. Be aware of two issues- 1, The sign for the hotel says merely "Inn" and is 50 feet past the entrance. It's easy to miss. 2. Every morning I was awaken around six by a loud engine and the safety beep-beep-beep of a vehicle in reverse. It was the mountain shuttle. Try to get a room in the back of the hotel (or bring ear plugs).
“Great Experience”
We asked to change our room to the slope side, and within 5 minutes we were moved, at no extra charge and with total graciousness!
“Great location Awesome views”
My wife and I went to the INN at Keystone for a weekend getaway in Dec. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was just a short walk from RiverRun and restaurants. The views of the mountain were awesome. My only complaint was the restaurant in the hotel. We had breakfast and the coffee cups were dirty.
“awseome stay”
I was extremely pleased with hotel. location, condition, everything especially the employees, from the restaraunt to the cleaning service was top notch. i picked this hotel blindly from the pics and reviews on expedia. and hit a bullseye. i will defintely be back. rooms were great, hot tubs were sweet, and food was awesome.less than five minute walk to lift for schoolmarm (3 mile run)
“You can't beat it.”
The hotel staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or requests. The hotel is close to everything. The resturant has great food at a reasonable price. The views of the slopes are spectacular. I would definatly recomend this hotel to anyone. The only drawback we had was the lack of parking. read the next section for a tip on that.
“Love to snow ski!”
The beds are extremely hard. Other than that our hotel experience was great!
