“Wonderful accomodations”
The hotel was wonderful. The indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were amazing. Complimentary valet parking was provided and the valets were exceptional.
“Awesome.”
We stayed their for one night and it was great! The staff was friendly, room was clean, and the hotel was about 1.5 miles from the ski slope. Even being that distance from the slopes was no big deal as they had a complementary shuttle for guests that goes straight to the gondola in River Run Village. Everybody was friendly and the service was excellent! I will be going there again.
“Already Planning To Stay Here Again”
The rooms were very clean with updated furnishings. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor heated pool was great for the kids (even in winter). The staff at the hotel and really throughout the resort were very nice.
“Excellent spring skiing hotel”
Very friendly and helpful staff and a well organized shuttle service. The outdoor pool had a very comfortable temperature. We had a loft which was clean and offered more than enough space for the two of us. The bathroom was quite small, but sufficient and clean.
“Can't wait to go back”
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back to the Keystone Lodge and Spa!!
“Great Hotel”
We loved the hotel and felt it was very charming. Definitely exceeded our expectations and will stay again (hopefully soon).
“Awesome!!”
My husband and I took our two boys, ages 12 and 9, to Keystone over Christmas. The Lodge was awesome!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!! The shuttle service was a huge help, it took us right to the gondola at River Run to ski everyday. The only reason we needed our rental car was to get to Keystone from the airport and back to the airport when it was time to go home. The Bighorn restaurant right in the Lodge was fantastic, everything we ate there was excellent and well worth the money!! It was a little pricey but everywhere we ate was pricey and not near as good as the food at The Bighorn. There was an ice sculpture of Santas sleigh and all the reindeer and the kids could actually sit in the ice sleigh. There is a heated outside pool, hottub, arcade, and don't forget the ice skating which was quite an experience! We had everything we needed right at the Lodge. I also highly recommend the spa!! My husband and I both got a massage and it was heavenly!! Worth every penney!! We will always remember our Christmas at Keystone and our stay at the Lodge and Spa!!
