“Great Choice!”

This hotel was an all-around great choice. The location was unbeatable. We never had to use our car for anything. It stayed parked in the heated garage our whole stay. Walking distance to all the fun of the village and Main St., very comfortable, and friendly, helpful staff. We'll be staying here again for sure!

“Just right for a great ski vacation”

This hotel was perfect for our ski trip. It is no more than 100 metres to the centre of town so easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. The room was incredibly spacious with a good sized bed, a lounge area with sofa and TV, a dining area with table and four chairs, a kitchen area with full sized cooker, dishwasher and good range of cooking tools, and a neat bathroom. On top of that there was a full-sized washer and dryer in the room. The ski hire shop in the basement was friendly and good value. The staff at reception stored our skis so each day we just picked them up from there on the way out and dropped them off at the end of the day. The hotel has its own shuttle to the skilifts but the town free shuttles stop outside the door so they were just as convenient. At the end of the day the ski run from the main slopes to town, the Four O'Clock Run, ends right outside the hotel - just take your skis off, carry them across the road and that's it. Definitely the best location in town. The skiing in Breckenridge is excellent, so much to do, a great range from easy to very hard, well connected runs and on our visit at the beginning of April, no queues and lots of space on the runs. If you are planning to go be aware that it is very high and altitude sickness is a real possibility. If you get any symptoms go to the doctor straight away - they know what to do to stop it ruining your holiday.

“Definitely would go back”

Very convenient to everything in Breckenridge. Great for hiking and biking. The pool was heated enough to use on chilly days which was nice for kids.

“Second Honeymoon!”

Our hotel was everything that we requested when purchasing online. It is a hotel with options for whatever the occasion! The room was clean and comfortable with lots of amminities. The outdoor pool and hot tub were available in April which was a nice added bonus. The mountain view was spectacular and the hotel was close to downtown Breckenridge and the ski areas.

“Back in Breckenridge”

Perfectly positioned accomodation close to Main Street, Breckenridge and close to the gondola. Front desk staff could not have been more friendly or helpfull. Would definately use this accomodation again.

“AWESOME TRIP”

The hotel was great! It is in a great location, one block from downtown step out the front door and catch the shuttle to the gondola and ski back to the end of 4 o'clock run walk across the road and your back at the hotel. Great little bar with friendly people. Get a Buba shot while your there. We will be back!

Nice condo and the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, etc.

“Great Location and Value, No Service”

Positives: I had a studio (206E). It was clean and the furniture was up to date. The location was amazing, 20 steps from the outdoor jacuzzi with views of the mountains and the lodge is literally across the street from the 4 o'clock run.Great value. Negatives: Not sure if this is normal, but there was no service whatsoever. I understand it's a condo but when you have 4 staff on at the front desk and tell me that I have to go down to get my own towels becuase you are super busy it doesn't look good. The staff is extremely friendly, but not very accomodating. Never told not to bring our skiis to the condo. When we were bringing them in a maid was standing right there watching us. Instead of telling us we needed to check skiis she went and told on us. We got a call from a Nicole and an attiude about bringing the skiis to the room. First, the maid should have just told us to check them. Second, it wasn't the maids job. The people working at the desk should have been at the desk to tell us where to check them when we walked in. Tried to extend checkout when we got there and they said they couldn't coordinate it until the day before. We call a day before and they say to call in the morning. We call in the morning they just say no when we only wanted 1 extra hour. Expect to do your own dishes, empty the trash, and clean your own room/make your bed but then be forced to check out early so the maids can have 6 hours to clean a one room clean studio.
