Spa
The Spa at Four Seasons occupies 3,767 square feet and houses six treatment rooms including a couple's room with two massage tables, private shower, and spa tub.
Spa treatments focus on total wellness by balancing skin, body, and mind to improve inner and outer health and beauty. Signature treatments include Japanese silk techniques, Australian bush-medicine practices, and salt exfoliation.
Swedish Massage (60 or 90 minutes):
Using a combination of various techniques including friction, effleurage, and kneading, this traditional method of massage relieves muscle tension and soreness, increases circulation and improves overall skin and muscle tone.
Fees may not include tax and are subject to change without notice.
Four Seasons Hotel Sydney Signature Treatment (90 minutes):
This full-body treatment begins with a brushing with tea tree oil. Next, warm oil is massaged into the back of the body, from toes to fingertips, using the Hawaiian-wave technique. Reiki chakra balancing and a penetrating hot stone massage follows, promoting even deeper relaxation. Natural Japanese silk protein is featured in the booster facial. The treatment ends with an arm and hand massage and a mask.
Fee may not include tax and is subject to change without notice.
Healing Secrets - Australian Bush Medicine (90 minutes):
This all-natural, indigenous treatment employs the curative and restorative properties found in Australian native plants and produce. A focusing ritual to harmonise therapist and guest is followed by a full body brushing with tea tree oil. Next, a Blue Gum honey and crushed sesame seed scrub exfoliates and moisturises. While this is processing, a lime blossom, honey, and cucumber facial refines and hydrates. A rejuvenating shower is followed by a back and shoulder treatment. Heated poultices of eucalyptus, tea tree, lemon myrtle, and lavender are applied in a rhythmic press and roll motion to soothe aching muscles, while a massage of peppermint and macadamia nut oil assists detoxification. Rejuvenation is complete with an energising ritual and a cup of bush tea with honey.
Fee may not include tax and is subject to change without notice.
Flight Revivor (2 hours, 45 minutes):
This treatment includes a muscle-ease aroma spa ocean wrap, therapeutic foot revivor, anti-stress head, neck and shoulder massage, and an express facial.
Fee may not include tax and is subject to change without notice.
Seduction of the Senses Couple's Massage (120 minutes):
Designed for romantic getaways, the session includes time in a private steam room, a shower, room, and double spa tub. Aromatherapy or Swedish massages are given on twin treatment beds surrounded by candlelight, sensual aromas. Music and champagne complement the experience.
Fee may not include tax and is subject to change without notice.
Japanese Silk Eye Zone Therapy (45 minutes):
Starting with key reflexology points on the feet, this eye treatment incorporates lifting massage techniques designed to help refine, firm, and renew the eyes. Can be performed independently or with a facial or body treatment.
Fee may not include tax and is subject to change without notice.
Exclusive to the hotel, all spa treatments are done with Elemis products, which are imported from the UK.

“The hotel to go in the Sydney, the Rocks”
Great hotel, great choice, walkiing distance to evertything in the Rocks.Great concierge service.
“Good hotel in an ideal location”
The hotel was lovely -- excellent location. Only quibble, and it is not the hotel's fault, but the big tower behind the hotel blocked the sunlight over the pool area from mid-afternoon onwards -- right around the time everyone seemed to be coming back after a day's sightseeing and wanting a swim! Service was excellent, and the staff were helpful and efficient. The bed was HUGE!

“Great weekend @ the Four Seasons”
We had a lovely weekend in Sydney recently for my husbands 40th and I chose the Four Seasons for its location. The room was luxurious, spacious and we had a fabulous view of the Sydney opera house and harbour bridge. The bathroom was stocked with lovely L'Occitane French bath products. From the room service to the front porters I can honestly say it was the best service. The only negative was that I booked my husband in for a massage and he commented that the Spa was very dated and the massage not very good at all. Other than that we had a great time and I look forward to staying there next time we are in Sydney.
“Absolutely First Class Experience”
Just returned from South America a little Jet lagged booked room in advance through expedia a month before travel to find that when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to have received up upgrade to our room to a king suite. Nothing was too much trouble by the Four Seasons staff as we also arrived slightly earlier than normal check in time and they kindly allowed us in our room straight away. Absolutely First Class experience all round for us and will will definitely stay again on any trips to Sydney where an overnight say is required.
“The Place to stay in Sydney”
The Four Seasons hotel is a great location, fantastic views , great staff I would recommend it to anyone.
“Living on the Rocks”
Excellent location for ferries, trains and food. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed The Rocks location: lots of restaurants, eateries, market stalls, places to walk and great views. Quality hotel with excellent facilities.
“Great stay”
Only a short stay but the hotel was great the view was magic all in all was a very nice stay close to the water and the city.
“Quality”
The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The rooms were of a high quality and nicely laid out.
“GREAT PROPERTY - But Upgrade to Bigger Room”
Excellent Location immediate access to circular quay and nice views. The staff are polite to such an almost unnatural extent but it makes for a pleasant stay. Best service levels we encountered in several properties in Sydney. The major issue is that the basic rooms are only 26 meters and the hallways are narrow. There are 50+ meter rooms available but are substantially more. Also it is an older property but seemingly well maintained. In short. Great location. Great decor. Well maintained. Wonderful Staff. Expensive room service. Small Rooms. Still - I will come back to this property as I had some bad exerperiences with other 4, 4.5, and 5.0 properties that felt like 2 to 3 star and so I do not trust the rating systems being used on various properties in town. The property seems to overcome what it can with excellent service and upkeep. Room size it is what. Property was a Four Seasons acquisition not an original build.
