“Ok but could be better”

There is only an airconditioner in the lounge that does not filter into the bedrooms so we slept on the couch to stay cool.

“This hotel's rating should be 2 star.”

I was disgusted with the state of the carpets- drink spills obvious in numerous places. The single armchair was covered in 'water marks' and was filthy. There were cigarette burns in the covers of the dining chairs (the room was non-smoking). The bedroom was upstairs but the bathroom was downstairs - very inconvenient during the night. This hotel is very close the the Rosehill Racecourse and it appears obvious that it is used by drunkend revellers after a big day at the races. They wouldn't care about the state of the furnishings. The cleaners had done a good job at making the apartment clean but it didn't feel clean because of the furnishings. I would never return to this hotel and I definately would not recommend to anyone.
