“Good hotel - central location”
Restaurant very good. Problem with bathroom resolved very quickly.
“Exactly what we wanted”
We spent a week at the Swissotel,Sydney in March 2009. The hotel is situated in a shopping area of the city, some others we saw were in business areas which were dead after the end of the working day. It was only about five minutes walk to Darling Harbour, an area with a lively atmosphere and an excellent range of restaurants to choose from. The walk from the hotel to Circular Quay took 20 minutes. We considered the hotel to be very good value at the rate we paid. The quality of all aspects of the hotel was well up to 4 star standard although we did not have breakfast in the hotel.
“good quality hotel”
can not fault our stay with this hotel very happy
“Great Choice”
Very spacious and comfortable room with a very spacious clean and comfortable bathroom. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
“Really enjoyed the 5' tub, all was comfy and clean. Staff was helpful and very professional.”
Truely in the heart of Sydney. Close to everything. Enjoyed the experience. 4 stars
“A" Situation Perfect" Hotel”
Excellent in every respect......except that there is no forecourt for taxis to drop you off at or for you to drive in in your hire car. I would highly reccommend Swissotel to my friends.
“What a nice experience!!”
The Swissotel in Sydney is in a great location in the CBD. Close or within walking distance, train or monorail to great shopping, sigh seeing and restaurants--everything that you would want to do. very nice room, friendly and helpful staff(since we were from the States) just a good experience all the way around.
“Will Stay Their Again”
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were professional and very helpful and pretty much took care of everything that you asked them to, even at 3:OO AM in the morning. Everything around the hotel is very clean and tidy. My room was average, but had plenty of light and my bed was firm - which is what I like. Tried to use their internet but found it to be expensive so I used the free wireless at McDonald's just one block down from the hotel. Could not have hoped for a better location, the park and the pier were both 15 minutes walking distance. Good collection of restaurants malls shopping centers all around. Felt safe even at 2:00 AM in the morning. The GYM could have been bigger but the pool was a delight to swim in. I strongly recommend this place.
“Great hotel, I would highly recommend to everyone.”
Great location, extremely nice staff, nice, spacious rooms. I would go back any time.
“great location”
Based in the CBD, the Hotel is above an upmarket store. It's really easy to get around Sydney from here, .Staff provided a very smooth efficient service, and our room was a good size. Would go back there.
