總體感覺不錯，很好的酒店。離捷運站不太近，中餐廳很不錯。打掃房間有時間限制，錯過了如果不打電話去要求打掃，感覺可能就不會打掃了？

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location ( about 6min. Walk to nearest MRT), clean room, good breakfast, overall very impressive, will come back again next time if in Taipei.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Room was wonderful and clean, however this hotel front desk staff do not cater for westerners. We struggled a lot. No proper room service, limited and massively expensive if you feel like choosing one of the very few items. Cleaning staff so helpful and lovely. Front desk not so much. Although I loved the room I would not stay again.

Overall, the stay was comfortable, staffs are very helpful, the room was spacious. The only sad thing was the cleanness. On the first day I could smell bit something from the toilet,, On the third night, I realized that the bed sheets/cover were not changed since the first day. Lots of hairs were still on the sheets, smell from previous nights ..all the same in the next day too. If that was not counted, the stay was just perfect.

Happy stay!
Very nice hotel with clean room, friendly service, and convenient location. Wish the breakfast could offer a bit more varieties from day to day though. Overall very happy with my stay there.

Room is very spacious and clean with balcony and toilets are modern with Italian shower and bathtub and Japanese electric wc. The hotel is well situated nearby atm and mrt. It is a good report quality/price.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Capital Hotel. Check-in and check-out were extremely expeditious and easy. Hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. They were also very helpful with providing information. The room was so spacious and very clean. Location was convenient, about 7 minute walk to a metro station and just a few stops away from shopping and eating. Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance of hotel as well. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Convenient nice area, 5 minutes walking distance to MRT station. Room is big , victoria style , great view to Taipei city. Friendly staffs , check in very efficient , I arrived one hour before check in time , She help me check into the room very friendly.

Great hotel, exceeding my expection
Took a solo trip to Taipei, found this hotel on line, price was really great compare with others. This place exceeded my expectation. The location was central, food and shopping were nearby. it was close to public transportation. subway was 5 minutes away. The hotel room was quite big and the bed was comfortable. I have to mention the bathroom, it was large and had a fantastic toilet (automatic on everything). The breakfast was good enough. The staff was always helpful. overall I recommend this hotel to anyone, with family or without, business or pleasure. whatever.

Location is very central, near great restaurants, MRT access and shopping. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. I have stayed here many times during trips from Canada. The location is my go-to hotel destination in Taipei.

Older hotel that was obviously wonderful in its day. Large room complete with sofa, large desk and chair, king bed, separate bath and shower, high ceilings. But now it is still beautiful in the old-world style but wifi is slow and kept disconnecting and there are no very close shops or restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood but next to main freeway so still noisy. Would suit some people but I won't stay here again.

Interesting to see staff performs multi-task - First as the door man, then the bell boy, and also room service. Great Location with comfortable rooms. Suitable for family with the large room.

Spacious room for its price
I'd stayed in this hotel a few time because the spacious room attracted me. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Recently I discovered that the price of their restaurant is well below the cost of regular hotel of its rank. For Taiwan$ 350, you can buy yourself an excellent buffet dinner in a nice atmospheres restaurant. Metro is in a walkable distance. If I only stayed in Taipei, not traveling to other cities, I usually like to stay in this hotel.

Wonderful hotel
Amenities were great; the hotel staff were so very gracious and helpful. If you like to shop, the hotel area is not for you. It's mainly a business district, and has lots of places to eat and their Family Mark and 7 Eleven were every where and so very convenient and inexpensive. The subway and bus lines were in walking distance to the hotel.
