“Great deal for the price”

This hotel is 3 blocks (five minutes) from the nearest metro station and in a nice neighborhood. The Ambassador hotel is 1 1/2 blocks away for the airport bus. The rooms have a large bathroom, are clean, provide bottle water and free snacks. The hotel also has free internet and computers to get on the internet. There is also an exercise room, massage chair and a tv with Wii. The breakfast in the morning was great with both western and local foods. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone.

“Nice hotel, Would go back again”

+Great Location. +Friendly Staff. +Lots of extras (like Wii rental, Fitness room, Bicycle rental, computer room) +Generally feels like it is professionally run and perfect if you are traveling to Taiwan on business. -Breakfast is the same thing everyday I've been to Taipei multiple times and this is one of the more professionally run 3 star hotels I've been to. Other places may look nice in pictures in their websites, but when you actually live there you'll notice they are missing out on a detail or two.

“Super clean yet cheap”

I prefer to stay in super clean 2 star, rather than dirty 5 star. This is a great choice if you are staying in Taipei.

“Good hotel in conventient location”

I arrived at hotel early and was able to check in before the check-in time. Hotel staff is friendly and can communicate in English well. Hotel offers free WIFI in the rooms, but signal strength is somewhat weak and disconnects regularly. Good thing they also have 4 computers in the basement for hotel guests to use free of charge. Hotel offers free washing (2) and drying machines (2) in the basement behind the dining area. No detergent needed for the washing machines and the drying machine takes forever to dry clothes. The location of the hotel is close to the subway and many food street vendors available nearby. There is a convenient market and also a Pizza Hut nearby the hotel. I recommend riding the Airport bus "Dai Yau" to the hotel for $90NT versus $1200NT for a taxi. Tell the driver you wish to get off at the Ambassador Hotel which is one block away from the Yomi hotel.

“Taipei's best family friendly hotel”

The hotel was in a good location. Very easy and close access to the MRT, within 3-5 min. walking distance. We liked the ammenities the hotel offered. Loved the free refills of the snack bar each day in our room. Enjoyed the free breakfast, but would like a better selection of items.

“Good for overnight business trip”

Gave this hotel all "5's", but it was only an overnight stay. Great location near MRT stop. Room was smaller than expected, but very clean. Bathroom was a nice surprise. Maybe this isn't the best choice for a tourist, but it was more than satisfactory for one night.

“Good Hotel at a fair price”

Me and my collegue stay here for one night; rooms are nice and clean medium sized with LCD TV in the room. Breakfast and internet was included in the price, free bottled water and friendly staff.

“High price/value and convenient location hotel!”

This hotel is very convenient and comfortable in Taipei. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. I like its location close to MRT and easy to navigate.

“Comfortable rooms with lots of freebies”

The hotel was easy to find from the train station. There are not many tourist sites within walking distance from the hotel, but there are plenty of eating spots etc. Plus it is only a 5 minute walk from the MRT so is convenient for this. There were lots of freebies - free water, fruit, tea, afternoon tea, noodles. The staff were friendly but didn't speak that much English. The bus from the airport dropped me a block or so from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel

“CJ of Tokyo”

My experience with this hotel was first class from the time I booked in late one evening until the time I left in one of their courtesy cars. They were always helpful, friendly and caring. The breakfast was more than adequate to suit all needs. AND coffee was available all day as was the free use of the Internet. The hotel was only two stops from Taipei Main Train Station. There was heaps for me to do for a week in Taipei and the hotel staff helped me with any queries I had. Their English was good as was their knowledge of the city and surrounds. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others for its service, convenient location and the price... all of which are a bonus to me as a frequent traveller.
