“Good Breakfast & Clean, Inexpensive Hotel”
Service was great - check-in was quick and friendly, check-out the same. The pool is simple, but clean and private. I liked that they have removed bedspreads and are doing the "triple-sheeting" thing; it's much better to look at, and very comfy. I also loved that the shampoo/soap/lotion, etc all smelled of cinnamon rolls. AND the complimentary breakfast they provide is quite nice. Don't expect the hotel to be fancy - it's still just a cookie-cutter Holiday Inn - but I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the Wesley Chapel area.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful; hotel was clean; my stay was quiet.

Comfortable room. Great Breakfast. Easily accessible to Restaurants, shopping areas and airport.

Bed was not comfortable. Hotel was obviously a favorite for families and spring vacations.

Just so, so. Not as well maintained as other Holiday Inn Express I stayed at in Tampa.
“OK place to sleep.”
Hotel was OK to sleep which was all I needed. My room had a used ice bucket (inside wet with no liner) and the ice machine on my floor was broken. Sign said to use the one on the 4th floor and it was out. Had to go to 3rd floor. It Worked but this is a basic hotel requirement that should have been taken care of. My room keys weren't programmed properly and I had to go back downstairs to get reset (with bags in hand again). The clerk was on the phone the whole time and I checked in without speaking to him.
“UGHH! Will Not Go Back!”
Our floor (3rd) had a horrible odor-which the hotel staff stated was from the sulfur in the Florida ground-the odor was only on our floor-not outside or even in the lobby. When exiting the elevator onto the floor, the appearance of the 3rd floor along with the bad smell, gave the appearance of a filthy hotel, with staff that did not take pride in their job. Our room was adequate, but did not feel particularly clean. The smell of our room was stale and seemed not to have been cleaned well. It was late and we were exhausted, so we chose to stick it out for the night. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again
