“michigan”
Wasn't sure when I got there but the room turned out to be just fine....not great but ok.
“BAD INFORMATION ON YOUR PART”
THE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION/REMODEL OUR ROOM WAS IN A DARK BACK AREA ,CONSTRUCTION AREA , THAT ONLY A FEW ROOMS WERE BEING USED. IT WAS NOT VERY COMFORTING OR A NICE FOR US. WE ONLY WERE AT THE ROOM FOR A FEW HOURS SO IT DID FILL OUR NEEDS EXPEDIA SHOULD HAVE LET US KNOW THE SITUATION THAT THIS PLACE WAS IN. WE DO USE EXPEDIA ALOT AND RELIE ON YOUR INFORMATION. I WOULD HAVE BEEN REAL UPSET IF MY WIFE HAD BEEN TRAVELING ALONE IN THIS SITUATION!!!! THANK YOU PAUL VELTRE
“Not impressed”
The hotel was conveniently located near Raymond James Stadium but was a bit run down. Linking the iron and ironing board together was over the top.

Other than the convenient location to Raymond James Stadium, restaurants and shops, I was not impressed with this hotel. The rooms were dirty and I did not feel comfortable at all.
“Good Hotel for the cost”
The hotel was a good choice for the amount of money we paid. The staff was friendly and we had a clean room. The bathroom could have been a bit more maintained as the fixtures looked as if they needed replacing. The patio pool deck needed a bit more maintenance and pool cleaning. The location was convenient for our travel needs. This was a good hotel for the money - if you're looking for a place to hang your hat at the end of the day, this would be it.

Hotel use to be Days Inn, but changed names. Large hotel with many buildings, all outside entrances. Booked 30 minutes before arrival. When I arrived host had my reservation printed and was quite friendly. Room was as documented; simple and tidy enough. Suprisingly better than expected and correctly rated as a 2 star. Tub appeared as though it had been cleaned but was residually dirty. Needs a deep cleaning, but still didnt scare me off from showering. Pros: Area felt safe for what I expected. Quiet. Met description from Expedia. Frequent availability due to number of rooms. Independent attached restaurant/bar, different then overpriced hotel bar. Walking distance of strip clubs if so inclined. Cons: Outside entrances. Definately a 2 star hotel. Not dirty, but unkept tub.
“Ugh”
You got what you paid for. Not in good shape. Not the cleanest. Very unprofessional workers in office. Connected to a bar with loud outside events. Fireworks at 2:30 am.

Room was not very clean, smelled of disinfectant so probably sprayed more than cleaned. Exterior of some buildings not kept up, security bar on my door ripped right off! Numerous other issues that built up to not very pleasant experience. You truly get what you pay for here, least expensive hotel I've ever stayed at!!
“There have to be better options.”
I was in Tampa for a series of seminars for work, and I thought I'd go with something economical my first night. I was very disappointed. The facility must have looked very nice at some point, but it looks pretty dilapidated today. I didn't see safety hazards, but I would be shocked to learn it's in line with safety codes. The room temperature was comfortable, but the linens and bed were not. The sheets and blankets had cigarette burns. The carpet had huge black stains throughout the room. The bathroom had grout missing from several floor tiles and along the bath tub. The shower curtain was stained. The room didn't feel clean. About 6:45 a.m. a machine a very large noise woke me up, the trash collector had come to lift and empty the dumpsters. Why the dumpsters are located right next to the room is a mystery. The staff seems to want to make the most of a bad situation. They were very friendly. I have no complaints about their professionalism.
