“Do not honor room choice in reservations made from expedia.com”

We were not given reserved room type at check in. Manager on duty was polite, but was unable (or refused) to make this up to us in any meaningful way. We were told that expedia cannot guarantee room type selection because they were a third party. Which is of course, absurd since that's how things work. It was obviously a stupid excuse. Overall, hotel rooms were not too nice, but the view and the food was great! Would not go back to stay at this hotel, but would stop by for the very decent breakfast buffet.
