"Paid £116 per night. Good value - very good breakfast included. Room a little in need of some tlc but comfortable and clean. Hot water tap in sink never came through hot and shower a little cool. Food in restaurant very good. Restaurant staff very good."

"I really struggling to work in my room, access my phone and then the Tv with the WIFI; it was hopeless. Mentioned to reception on Wed evening, all seems ok was response and the againon checkout. For a hotel I use for business, good wifi is essential - if this continues i will need to find another hotel whilst in Dudley area"
