“a very nice and comfortable hotel to stay while in Terrace”

Sandman in Terrace was a very nice place to stay while in Terrace, I would for sure stay there again. The bed in my room was the most comfortable of any hotel that I've stayed in.

“Nothing special but fair for Terrace”

I've been staying at the Sandman in Terrace for about 15 years. I've seen a gradual decline in the building and the general appearance; carpets are faded; doors are old; some of the keylocks don't work. this last time, my toilet plugged (not my fault) and i had to move to a different room. I would say this is a fair hotel and rated it overall as 3; i think 2 is a bit uncharitable; there's not much better for the price in Terrace.
