“Excellent value.”

Excellent choice for travelers. Although somewhat dated, my room was very clean and well-appointed. Motel in a great location across street from one of best steak houses in area as well as an easy commute to Pittsfield, The staff were as attentive as one might meet in a four-star hotel.

“Tanglewood Visitor!”

The Lenox Inn was clean and cozy. It is conveniently located next to a Friendly's Restaurant and several dinner eating establishments-Arizona Pizza was a big hit for us! The wifi and complimentary morning coffee were a big plus too! The price was exactly right!

“Pleasant Accomodations”

Our stay at the Lenox Inn was very enjoyable. Our daytime/evening destination was Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival. Since the motel is located on Route 20 it was an easy drive to and from Jacob's Pillow. We found restaurants and local stores very accessible and had a wonderful time in Massachusetts.

“As expected”

We were en route to Jiminy Peak and it was convenient for our purposes. It was about minus ten - twelve degrees F. Due to the proximity of our car to the room, it was easy for us to bring everything into our room (ski boots, food and beverages, laptop) which we needed to do due to the exteme cold. Perfect for a short stay. Basic hotel.

“Good for the price, but you may be more picky.”

There was no shampoo and the room was heated by a radiator unit you plug into the wall, but I otherwise have no complaints. For the price, it was excellent.

“Weekend stay”

Clean room and sheets. Responsive staff, we had a broken hair dryer very early in the morning. Towels a little scratchy but the price was good.

“Comfortable and economical”

This traditional one level motel has worn nicely and shows solid maintenance. Park your car at your front door, unload easily only a few steps from the door, and enter a clean comfy room. To keep up with the competition, a free continental breakfast should be offered. A neat motel that fits the surroundings.

“Nice budget motel”

Little motels like this can be scary but this one is well kept and clean. For the price it's a good value.

“Decent choice at good price”

This is an old fashioned basic motel with no frills tight rooms, no lounge or breakfast, and a low price to match. All in all, a good value. We were visiting family and just needed a place to sleep for one night. We would use this motel again for that. If we were staying longer and needed a place to spend some time during the day, we would pay a little more for more amenities.

“Plain and simple”

This hotel is plain and simple. It is an older hotel but pretty well kept. The stay was adequate but not modern by any stretch of the imagination.
