"The view from this hotel is spectacular and the beach access is amazing 😊 unfortunately, without the views and access, the hotel needs help! We arrived a little after check in time, the office door was open but no one was around. There were no notes or bells or guidance. Another guest was also there just waiting for someone to come help. I noticed someone wheeling around a towel cart so I approached them for assistance. They indicated there’s a number on the door and to call it. After calling the number someone was in the office within a few minutes. It would have been nice to have those instructions somewhere instead of having to search for assistance. The room was very old and needs updating. The bathroom was horrible and the lights didn’t even have a cover over them. The staff were friendly."
