“Quality, affordable hotel for my business travels.”
Good location. Walking distance to Shinjuku Station, Takashimiya, Kinokuniya, many restaurants & night life, including Starbucks. Rooms are professional & clean. Good view of Tokyo skyline, and Mount Fuji. Price is very reasonable for the quality.
“Fantastic views”
Great location, walking distance of Shinjuku station but suprisingly quiet. The room was large and clean and offered fantastic views over the city. Ask for a room facing Mount Fuji - we got to see some amazing sunrises. For Tokyo this hotel seemed very good value for money and I would definately stay here again. My one complaint was the instructions on how to get to the hotel - it says to take subway exit A1 which was a 15 minute walk away. Shinjuku is not a fun place to be lost in at rush hour! Instead look for the south exit or southern terrace exit, and take a map with you just incase.
“We will be back.”
Great location and great facilities. We booked late and ended up with a smoking room, even so it was barely noticeable. If you want to be close to the action then this is the place. We had two adults and two kids in the one room and it worked well.
“Highly recommend”
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip Dec/Jan 2012. Small (but standard for Tokyo) but very comfortable room with everything we need. Great location, 10min walk from the Shinjuku station. Meals in hotel were fairly expensive, but expected for a city hotel. Staff were very helpful, we had a problem with our airport train ticket and a member of staff spent an hour trying to sort it out on the phone with us.
“favourite hotel in Tokyo”
It is our 6th year there. So we are the converted. The hotel is getting old ie the furniture are showing its age, but it is still excellent. Wonderful strong hot showers. You be surprised how many 5 star hotels do not have that. We did not like our room but they changed it for one that we liked with no problems.

“Excellent hotel”
The moment we walked into the 20th floor foyer we were impressed; light, spacious and modern. Reception staff were friendly and check in was efficient. Our corner double room was on the 26th floor and the views from the large windows were mesmerising. The room was large by Japanese standards with free high speed internet in our room ( both LAN and WIFI). Photos of the room on the Expedia website were accurate. It was a really nice hotel. We'll definitely stay here again.
“Great location, cleanliness, views, and value”
Stayed here with two friends for 4 nights. Great walking location for access to the major areas of Tokyo (Harajuku, Shibuya, Shinjuku) and easy access to Roppongi, Tokyo station, and Ginza by JR train or metro via the Shinjuku station. We arrived from Haneda via a Limousine Bus - aka a bus - which dropped us off at the hotel. This cost Y1200 which was a steal for door-to-door service. When we left, the Narita Express train left from platform 5 of Shinjuku which was about 100m away from the elevator doors. VERY convenient. The hotel is built on the top of an office tower, so you get the benefit of height which is rare in Tokyo. We had two different rooms during our stay (23rd and 30th floors) and each view was impressive. Everything in the hotel - from the lobby & lobby bar, to the elevator ride up, through to each of the rooms we had was well maintained. Staff were very helpful with no language barriers. Good prices for drinks and snacks in the gift shop. Did not use the on-site restaurants so no comment on those. Stay at this hotel for it's cleanliness, views, and easy access to sights. It's also very affordable for the amenities it provides. Without having stayed at any other hotel in Tokyo I don't have any comparison points, but having stayed at hotels all over the world I can say without a doubt that the value was extremely high for the quality of accommodation received.

“Great Tokyo Hotel”
Very helpful staff and extremely efficient. This hotel made our stay in Tokyo a very pleasant and relaxing experience, when we weren't out in the bustle of the city. There was a well stocked lttle shop in the hotel, selling goods at comparable prices to outside shops. We eat in all the three hotel restaurants and they were uniformly excellent. No hesitation in recommending this hotel. One of the best hotel experiences we have had.
