“Great Hotel”
The hotel is everything you would want. Very friendly staff, always friendly and courteous. I would stay at this hotel again and would ighly recommend it to all my friends and family.
“Would stay there again”
The hotel was great-the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was very central close to shops, restaurants and 3 different subway stations. Food and cocktail prices are a bit steep in the hotel but there were plenty of other options nearby. My only suggestion is to put the Please do not disturb sign on the door, this way the housekeeping staff won't bother you while you are in the room, simply flip the sign when you leave and the room will get cleaned while you're out.
“Very Good”
The Hilton Tokyo was good. The quality and helpfulness of the staff was brilliant. Cant complain about anything.
“Great hotel”
Great hotel, there were some maintenance works going on when i was there but no noise, the location is great right next to the Tokyo Met. Govt. building and close to shinjuku station.
“Tokyo stopover”
Visited Tokyo on a stopover to Singapore. Hotel in Shinjuku was a good location. Clean rooms, great beds, service was good. Found lots of good restaurants in Shinjuku Stations and area and even had the world's best pasta bolognaise there.
“very nice 5 star hotel”
extremly clean & comfort room & bedding very convience location front desk and conceiege both provide high standard customer service and speak fluelt English
“Great Hotel in the Heart of Tokyo”
Excellent five star service. The staff was very friendly. Our bell hop would not accept a tip after bringing our luggage up to our room. Only one hang-up. We purchased the "bed and breakfast package," but the hotel tried charging us for breakfast. After a quick call to Expedia Customer Service everything was straightened out.
“hilton at its best”
This hotel was not only amazing but came with a unexpected blessing, being placed on the executive floor which included: free english/japenese breakfast, free refreshments and alcoholic drinks (within certain times) and free appetizers at around 1900...and if that wasnt good enough, free use of wireless internet too. There is also a seperate check in/out service so expect everything to be done in 5 mins flat The room was big enough for 3 people and the bathroom to a high Hilton standard. The japanese love there toilet seats and so the built in bidet came as no surprise Food at the hotel is great and even the portions at room service are very large Location was excellent. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Shinjiku station, which is the main hub of networking through Tokyo, or better still, if you want to miss the bus and get on the tube asap, you can walk through the attached hotel shopping precint which takes you to Tochame station in 5 mins...and it is all underground!! A perfect hotel and even better location
“Spectacular Service, Convenient Metro Stops, Quiet Neighborhood”
While not the latest in style, this hotel has spectacular service and all the amenities. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku stop on the Marunouchi line; a 5-minute walk from the Tochomae stop on the Oedo line; and a 10-minute walk from the massive Shinjuku station. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and populated with about a dozen giant skyscrapers full of restaurants and offices.
“great location and hotel!”
Staying in Tokyo for the first time? - the Hilton Tokyo is the ideal choice. Take the airport Limousine bus which drops you off right on the hotel doorstep. With great service, an amazing room overlooking the skyscrapers (king deluxe), and ideal location, you can't ask for more. Just 10 mins walk from Shinjuku station, you can get virtually anywhere in or out the city with ease. Also, with lots of restaurants and roomservice options, the hotel is great at the end of a long tiring day. Highly recommended.
