“Beautiful location, looking out on gardens”
Very comfortable during the typhoon! Make sure to check out the Happo-en garden situated next door!
“Impressed”
Superb hotel
“The best kosher sollution in Tokyo”
Due to the close proximity to Chabad house in Tokyo, the Sheraton Miyako is the perfect solution for a jewish religous person who wish to enjoy a good Shabbat in Tokyo. The rooms are adapted to Shabbat - with hard keys, and the front desk personel is capable to help each special requirement.
“lovely hotel”
the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was lovely to stay in, the children enjoyed the swimming pool and the culture of japan. the bus service to the airport was great, and the hotel bus service to the local station was fantastic. thanks for a great stay.
“Best Family Hotel in Central Tokyo”
The Sheraton Miyako was the perfect hotel for our family holiday in central Tokyo. It has a free shuttle bus which departs every 15 mins to the station, where you can connect with the JR network and travel easily anywhere within central Tokyo or if you want to take the bullet train from Tokyo Station to Hakone (odawa Station) it is very close. The train station is also where you can purchsae many cheap and fabulous meals as there are many restaurants there and also a supermarket. The concierge was the best I have seen. She organised our luggage to be transferred also to Sheraton Tokyo Bay as it is near Disney Land and gave us information of some perfect places to go including a spa outside Hakone. 5 STARS if you have kids!!!!!!!
“A very fine hotel with impeccable service.”
Hotel staff was very nice and polite as expected of this very fine hotel. A female porter helped us with our bags which we felt very grateful for. She showed us the features of the room and even helped us with the plug adapter. The hotel has shuttle bus to Meguro station which was very convenient. Impeccable service!
“Best beds and pillow ever !!! Wonderful nights, with classical music playing !!!”
We had a excellent stay at Sheraton Miyako with our two kids sharing beds. The beds were wonderful (the best mattresses and pillows ever; brand new), silent and spacious room, with a beautiful garden view. Free internet in the room, and a wonderful options of music offered by the bed. We slept with classical music every night. Great nights sleeping. The hotel has some years old, but is perfect. Excellent attention from employees. The only thing is that the hotel is a little bit far away from downtown, but the underground is close (one block away).
“Great service & convenient location”
We picked this hotel because it was one of the few that could accomodate 4 people, most hotels accomodate 2. The front desk and concierge spoke English, which was extremely helpful. The concierge helped us get around Tokyo by providing multiple maps and helpful hints. The hotel was clean and housekeeping did an excellent job of tidying our room daily. The hotel provides a shuttle to 2 train stations, which saved us from taking a cab to the station. We would definitely return to this hotel!
“A holiday with a difference”
The Hotel was excellent, although it was in a quieter location the daily free shuttle bus to Meguro Station proved to be really useful. The Hotel facilities were very good although it would be better to get your stay inclusive of buffet breakfast, as food and drinks were a little expensive. Would thoroughly recommend the Hotel and Tokyo.
“Definitely recommend, would stay here again for sure. Good value.”
For a holiday this hotel was four star but a lot cheaper than others in the same category. I think this is because of the location but It has a great door to door shuttle bus service to Meguro station on the main JR Yamanote line which is a godsend and seriously makes up the difference. It's a Sheraton so we knew there would be English speaking staff. The front desk and concierge service couldn't be faulted. We had a late flight and they let us keep the room till 4.00PM. We visited friends at the ANA Intercontinental who had a smaller room, same level of decor, for twice the price. It's great value for money in Tokyo.
