“Perfect accommodation”
Location is perfect, very clean and comfortable. High quality comparing the price. I exactly offer this hotel which is full of kind staff.
“Great hotel”
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel considering the reasonable rates.
“Excellent Tokyo stay”
Excellent hotel, beautiful location in park. Corner rooms have walls of windows and great views. Hotel restaurants good but expensive. 10-minute walk to neighborhoods with many good inexpensive restaurants.
“Great hotel with a central location”
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in a park which surrounds the Tokyo Tower and was quiet. The hotel is located near several subway stations and close by within walking distance (1 km) is a JR train line. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the JR train station which we used once. The airport limousine also has a bus stop at the hotel making it convienent to get back and forth from the airport. There are several restaurants at the hotel which we ate at only a couple of times since it was rather pricey. In the lobby there is a store which also has a bakery inside so it was convienent to get something small if required. The concierge desk was also very helpful everytime we had a question and had a lot of information and maps available for any toursist attractions.
“good location + awesome concierge”
Booked our stay based on reviews (thanks guys!), location, and being part of Expedia Elite Plus. Awesome English speaking concierge service. Took care of EVERYTHING for us (my wife and I do not understand Japanese), even before we arrived.
“Feel like a Prince or Princess!”
The moment that you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and fantastic service. The Concierge desk is the place to handle everything without question. The Skyview Lounge is on floor 33 is the best panoramic view. The best room with a view is 1102 right next to the Tokyo Tower with floor to ceiling window. Close to rail stations. Superior restaurants and spa facilities. There is a Chinese, Japanese, and Steak House restaurants and check out the hotel gift shop where there is a bakery in the back.
“FABULOUS”
simply amazing service with stunning views, Very clean and comfortable, ultra hip and modern
“BEST HIDDEN SECRET IN TOKYO”
Fantastic. Room superb, the gym, pool and natural hot spring just did it. Forget breakfast though.. really strange buffet mix.
“Excellent Locationn”
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo. It is central to all, directly across from the Tokyo Tower and walking distance to some great restaurants. Staff went out of their way to help and they all spoke and understood english. We did eat at the hotel, but it is very pricey. If you can understand Japanese the restaurants in the area are a much better deal, but not too may have english menus.
“Can't wait to go back”
Beautiful scenery and beautiful view. Located right next to Tokyo Tower about a five minute walk to get to the base. Surrounded by greenery. Great staff. Would love to try a premium floor next time.
