“Top notch hotel”

Staff provided excellent customer service, every request made was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Rooms were beautiful with high tech controls. Had very relaxing wellness center on top floor. Located near shopping areas and 10-15 minute walk to Cathedral and Alcazar. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great hotel in Toledo”

Alfonso is a great and classic place to stay in Toledo. Employees there are very friendly, and speak English. The hotel is rated four-star locally and in Expedia; but from my past experience, its condition is a two-star equivallent. The location is very convenient. It is across the street of Alcázar, and a block away from the just a block from Plaza Zocodover.

“Great Stay”

Lovely twin room with balcony and views over Toledo rooftops. Staff didn't speak much English but tried to be as helpful as possible. Great stay. Would definitely recommend.

“reasonable price”

Stay only one night.No view from our room but overall comfortable. The breakfast is OK.The town is beautiful but very hilly so be prepare for hiking.The interior of the hotel is very interesting. It's very easy to find the hotel, can't get better location than this.

“Good location, bad service”

Internet didn't work, front desk not helpful, nor did they speak good English. For a 4-star hotel, I'd expect a lot more than that. A/C didn't work at all, just the fan - again that's not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. I'm not coming back, nor will I recommend it. Poor infrastructure, terrible service (lack of), bad experience. I'm very disappointed.
