“Highly Recommend”
I have stayed in many fine hotels around the world and I have to say that this was probably the most attentive and simultaneously discreet and respectful hotel staff I have encountered. The desk clerk and door men were charming and helpful. The turndown service was a treat - and everything was perfect. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.
“Very nice hotel”
We usually stay at the Four Seasons in Toronto b/c we like its neighbourhood. But, we'd seriously consider returning to the SoHo Met. Very nice room (321), helpful staff, etc.
“Uptown Appeal, Contemporary Adornments”
Contemporary, beautiful hotel and rooms. Large and full of upgrades. Great food and service. Love the Chihully entry and heated floor in bath.
“excellent experience”
if you like modern boutique hotels, this is your place. extremely well-furnished and clean, the soho is located a very short walk from the convention center and the restaurants on king st. great bar and cafe too. the service was top notch.
“cant wait to stay there again”
Love it
“Would stay any time”
This hotel has it all helpful staff, great location, great resturant, and great facility! I would stay here again any time.
“We'll stay here again”
Everything about this hotel was wonderful! Everyone from the bellhops to the desk clerks were friendly, proffessional and extremely helpful. The room was top of the line with every amenitiy you could imagine. The room was cleaned twice a day and evening turn down service was a step above any other hotel we have used! The location is in the heart of Toronto and walking distance to just about any destination. Just a block from the CN Tower and Baseball Stadium. We did not eat in the restaurant but did have breakfast in the cafe. It was a bit pricey but was excellent. We will definately stay here when we return to Toronto!
“Great Hotel in Toronto”
Would definitely stay here again when back in Toronto. Centrally located. Great room. View was only of a parking lot but the room itself made up for it. Pleasant service, easy parking.
“A very good place to stay in Toronto.”
We stayed 8 nights in July 08 with our 2 teenage daughters. The hotel was well up to expectations apart from a rather dull view over a carpark. The hotel was very well placed for our needs and the staff were as helpful as they could be. We enjoyed our breakfasts but were a little disappointed with the SEN5ES restaurant.
“Warmth and hospitality in an elegant hotel”
Toronto is a beautiful city. The staff at the SoHo guided us to lovely local restaurants and reminded us of special weekend acitivities, made reservations for shows always with enthusiasm. When our rental car plans fell through they even tried to help despite the difficult circumstances of a holiday weekend. The bar at the hotel was modern and cozy. The bathrooms had heated floors, the lighting and mirrors better than any hotel I've been in for a long time. All of us in our group of four would stay here again and again. We loved the people, the decor, the ambience. They even had dragon fruit for breakfast! The only disadvantage is that the metro is a bit of a walk....but perhaps it is good to be off the beaten path.
