“Excellent Downtown hotel at a very good price”
Excellent Condition of the room. We had a King sized room and everything was in perfect order. The room was filled with fresh smell. The furnitures were good. And we had the superb view of the streetside and CN Tower. The The location is also superb. Right in the middle of Downtown Toronto. The streetcar station is right in front of the hotel. That makes the manoeuvering in the downtown places a lot easier. The Wi-Fi connectivity was Ok.. I would rate it a 3 in the scale of 5. The breakfast was good. The choices available was enough. Especially there were one attendant in the breakfast room to make sure every table is clean and all the itms are refilled. Room Service was also nice. All in all a very good place to stay with your family not spending too much out of your pocket. P.S. a lot of dining options in just walking distance.. Remember you are in the heart of Chinatown.. So don't miss out the Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese restaurants and Kensington market.
“Super Duper 8”
We have been staying at this Super 8 for years now and we find it one of the cleanest and Most courteous of Hotels. It is in a Quaint area China Town and very good shopping area.The staff are all well trained in their jobs and very helpful if you need something. We are both visually impaired and they are also respectful of that. Wonderful Hotel.

This hotel is great. At first I was not sure what to expect due to the area it is located in but it was clean - the rooms were large and comfortable. It is situated close to many restaurants etc. We needed a place to sleep for one night only and this was perfect. It was a good price for New Year's Eve in Toronto. Breakfast was included in the hotel charge - nothing great coffee, juice and cereal. I would stay there again.
“My choice when I am in Toronto”
For the price the hotel is in a very good area in Chinatown Downtown. Most taxi driver didn't know of this place though, and I have never been to Toronto, so you had to explain to them that it is in a Mall. So the hotel is in the mall on the third floor and you need to use the elevator to get to it. Interior is super nice and modern. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Front Desk was super friendly and gave me good instructions for my internet, wireless is free in the hotel. Breakfast is included but not great. Cereals, Toast and Bagels. Nothing big. Some of the elevators didn't come at all or didn't stop on some floors for some reason. Staff was very nice, I only had a problem with the over night front desk guy. I didn't need his dirty looks, when I went into the entrance area at 11 pm. Has a gym and laundry which is great. They don't have roomservice but they have a list of places you can order from the close area near by.We ordered sushi but it took over an hour and a half to get there.They have a bar which is a very small room.I requested 1 of the 3 wines they offered they told me they didn't had any Which was the only bad thing really. It was really quite and when we needed help we got it right away.Room was clean and very nice. Bathroom was very nice aswell.If you are travelling on a lower to mid budget it is a good place to stay.But it is not extravaganze.
“Great location”
Stayed at the Super 8 Chinatown for 2 nights. The lobby is spectacular, the security is good, the room was big, clean albeit no view out of our window. I think there are a couple rooms without any windows whatsoever so we did ok, I guess. Parking is in the garage off Spadina, elevator brings you to the reception. BFast was ok, very basic continental but a great set up. Free wireless in the very confortable lobby, hi-speed in the room (they will loan you a cable) I will stay there again.

“Wonderful Hotel”
The hotel is awesome, the service is impeccable! Even though I am staying at a super 8 motel, this newly renovated hotel feels very modern and very very comfortable! I flew in early morning and was soaking wet because of the hard rain (at the fact that I was dropped off by a shuttle and had to walk 5 blocks in the rain). The staff let me into the room early! 9am in the morning! Anyways... It's that good. I'll definitely go back to super 8 motel toronto downtown myself. and I recommend anyone else to do the same.
“Excellent Value and Convenient Location...”
Super Eight is located right in the heart of Chinatown and you can easily walk to anywhere in Downtown Toronto in 15 -20 minutes.... Excellent value as the rates are close to half what the other hotels downtown charge. It certainly is not a 5 star hotel but it is comfortable, clean and having stayed in many hotels over the years it is on the top of the list of the value hotels I have stayed in. I found very little if anything to complain about.....
“Will go back for sure!!”
The service was great. The clerk recommended a resturant and even called ahead for us. We didn't have to ask him. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. The cnetral location means we will definitly use it again!
